Objective:After endoscopic-assisted low temperature plasma therapy,observe the different curative effect of gasification range and the long-term effect on the eustachian tube function.Methods:From May 2016 to May 2017,a total of 75 adenoid hypertrophy children without secretory otitis media were enrolled in this study.According to the size of the gasification false membrane on eustachian tube or eustachian tunnel,the patients were divided into group A(36 cases)?group B(21 cases)?group C(18 cases).The maximal tympanic pressure difference(P max-P min>15daPa)was compared between the three groups.To observe three groups operation time?operative bleeding volume?complications?OSA-18 scale of preoperative and the OSA-18 scale after endoscopic-assisted low temperature plasma therapy in 6 months?the maximal tympanic pressure of preoperative and the maximal tympanic pressure after endoscopic-assisted low temperature plasma therapy in 6 months(P max-P min>15daPa eustachian tube function is normal).Results:There were no significant difference in operative time between group A(14.5±4.6min),group B(15.1±3.8min)and group C(14.9±4.7min)(P>0.05).There were no significant difference in operative bleeding volume between group B(6.8±3.7ml)and group C(7.9±2.8ml)(P>0.05).The OSA-18 scores of A,B and C groups before surgery were 60.17±2.97?61.90±2.75 and 60.60±3.00 respectively.There were no significant difference(P>0.05).Postoperative OSA-18 scale score:A group 29.56±2.63?B group 33.86±2.77?C group 34.70±3.10.There were a significant difference between these three groups.The postoperative OSA-18 scale score of the three groups were significantly improved compared with pre-operation(all P<0.01).The preoperative P max-P min values of the three groups were 15.33±5.75?14.57±6.86 and 14.85±4.56 respectively,with no difference significance(P>0.05).The P max-P min values of the three groups after endoscopic-assisted low temperature plasma therapy in 6 months were25.41±7.10?23.74±6.70 and 18.52±5.49 respectively.There was no significant difference between A and B groups(P>0.05).Group A and group B were better than group C(all P<0.05);Postoperative eustachian tube dysfunction in group A and group C:X~2=5.59,P<0.05;group B and group C:X~2=4.93,P<0.05.These groups had significant difference.X~2=0.427 in Group A and Group B,P>0.05.There was no significant significance.Conclusion:1.After endoscopic-assisted low temperature plasma surgery,different gasification range have no effect on the operation time?operative bleeding volume?complications.2.Eustachian tube function has been significantly improved after endoscopic-assisted low temperature plasma operation.3.According to the different gasification false membrane range on tubal torus' s eustachian tube after endoscopic-assisted low temperature plasma operation,we find the small gasification range on tubal torus' s eustachian tube's long-term eustachian tube function is better than the large gasification range's long-term eustachian tube function.
