Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Sun's Abdominal Acupuncture On Improveing Thalamic Pain After Apoplexy

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Sun's abdominal acupuncture in treating thalamic pain after stroke,and to provide a new type of acupuncture treatment for thalamic pain with short course of treatment,quick effect,no side-effect and patient is willing to accept.Methods:The 60 patients with thalamic pain after stroke were selected from the first and second Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2017 to December 2017.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Sun's abdominal acupuncture combined with traditional acupuncture,while the control group was treated with traditional acupuncture.After two courses of treatment,the curative effect was evaluated and the long-term therapeutic effect was observed.Results:1.By analyzing the statistical data of the visual analogue pain score(VAS),there was a significant difference between the treatment group after the treatment for half an hour,8 days after treatment and 15 days after treatment(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the control group after treatment for half an hour,8 days after treatment and 15 days after treatment(P>0.05).2.The scores of simple McGill pain questionnaire showed that there was significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease was more obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05).3.There was significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01),the effect of treatment group was more obvious than that of control group,and the difference was statisticalled significant(P<0.05).4.The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statisticaled significant(p<0.01).Conclusion:1.Sun's abdominal acupuncture can obviously alleviate the pain of patients with thalamic pain after stroke and improve the quality of life of the patients.2.Sun's abdominal acupuncture therapy is superior to traditional acupuncture in the treatment of thalamic pain after stroke.
