Objective: to provide the basis for study of group pressure and correlation among time,age,sex,medication,etc during clinical diagnosis,to provide big data based on the real world for further clinical instruction,and to provide a reference for basic theories of Chinese medicine in the new era and new technology environment.Method:choose the blood pressure of whole inpatients in the first affiliated hospital of Anhui university of traditional Chinese medicine from January 1,2013 to December 31,2016.The total number of sample is 109048,including total blood pressure number of 2,069,880,and the blood pressure of whole inpatients in the second affiliated hospital of Anhui university of traditional Chinese medicine from December 1,2013 to June 30,2016.The total number of sample is 39491,including total blood pressure number of 764,653.The total inpatient number is 148,539 and total blood pressure number is 2,834,533.Set up three standalone dedicated servers.Edit code to process data by Java,then import to non-relation database Mongo DB serving as statistical base data.Afterwards,Mongodb Shell is applied to edit script and summary counting directly,meanwhile the distributed timely cluster computing environment set up by Storm is applied to edit distribution computation task and concurrently compute.The computed result will be analyzed by the software SPSS18.0.Results:According to the statistical outcome of inpatient without high blood pressure,it shows variation trend from analyzing intraday data of the 24 Solar Terms.The lowest point of blood pressure comes out in Summer Solstice,Great Heat,Autumn begins,White Dew,etc,while the highest point of blood pressure comes out in Slight Cold,Insects Awaken,Light Snow,Winter Solstice,etc.However,some annual statistical results shows distorting phenomena without statistical significance,which probably results from insufficient data and concluding unrecognized high blood pressure inpatient,whose blood pressure data has a negative impact on data analysis.Statistical results after excluding data of both high blood pressure and low blood pressure,meaning analyzing data of inpatient with normal blood pressure.1.Both average SBP and and average DBP are lowest in summer(P?0.01).The SBP is lower than that both in spring and winter with statistic difference(P<0.05).The DBP in summer is obviously lower than that in winter with distinct statistic difference(P<0.01).2.Blood pressure shows a phenomenon of “two peak sand one low ” during the24 solar terms.One of the peak is found in Rainwater,Insect Awaken till Grain rain,and the other is found in Cold Dew,First Frost till Slight Cold.The blood pressure is lowest during the 24 solar terms from Lesser Fullness to Autumn Equinox since Summer begins.The SBP in Lesser Fullness,Grain in ear,June solstice,Slight Heat,Great Heat,Autumn begins,Stopping of Heat,and Autumn Equinox is apparently lower than that is Slight Cold,Insects Awaken,Fresh Green,Grain rain,First Frost and Winter begins.The DBP in Lesser Fullness,Grain in ear,Great Heat,Slight Heat,Autumn Begins and Autumn Equinox is distinctly lower than that in Spring begins,Rainwater,Slight Cold,First Frost and Winter solstice with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Both the SBP and DBP of male are higher than that of female in the process of blood pressure variation during the full season and 24 Solar Terms,with statistical difference(P<0.001).Tn terms of various age groups,the SBP rises unremittingly with age.For the over 80 s,the DBP is distinctly lower than that in groups under the age of80(P<0.001).There is no obvious DBP difference between groups under the age of60 and groups between the age of 60 to 80.4.Study the relation between blood pressure and temperature variation and find that negative correlation exists between the temperature and SBP and DBP,meaning that the blood pressure drips off when the temperature increases.Conclusion: the blood pressure shows regular fluctuation in the process seasonal variation and the 24 Solar Terms change.Gender and age play an important role in the law of blood pressure variation.Negative correlation exists between temperature and the variation of blood pressure.The fluctuation of blood pressure is influenced by lots of factors.The correspondence between human and universe has been further verified under the support of big data study.Human-nature relation has directive significance on medical application.
