Clinical Observation Of Acupoint Application Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Arthralgia Dysphagia With Phlegm Stasis And Collaterals Obstruction

Objective:to apply traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)to acupoint application under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory.Application of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis obstruction of thrist arthralgia syndrome(diabetic peripheral neuropathy),observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,Toronto clinical score,nerve conduction velocity and other related indications,to evaluate the clinical effect of acupoint application.Methods:sixty patients with phlegm stasis obstruction of phlegm and collaterals were divided into two groups randomly and divided into two groups:treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group was given Routine treatment plus placebo.Treatment group on the basis of the use of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application and conventional treatment,once a day,each time applied for 4 hours.The two groups were treated for 4weeks.The changes of clinical efficacy,Toronto score and nerve conduction velocity were obeserve before and after the grouping.Results:(1)Comparison of TCM symptom scores between the two groups:the scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of TCM symptoms in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of curative effect between the two groups:The total effective rate was 86.7% in the treatment group and 60.0% in the control group.(3)Comparison of Toronto score between the two groups:the clinical scores of Toronto in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the clinical scores of Toronto in thetreatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of nerve conduction velocities between the two groups:the nerve conduction velocities in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).(5)Comparison of Hb A1 c and blood glucose between the two groups: after treatment and before treatment,there are significant differences in Hb A1 c,FPG and 2h PPG between the two groups(P < 0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in Hb A1 c,FPG and 2h PPG between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application can effectively improve the TCM symptom score of phlegm stasis blocking collateral type arthraigia syndrome.2.Chinese medicine acupoint application can alleviate the clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine patients,especially in limb numbness,pain,thirst,fatigue and other symptoms.3.Acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the tibial nerve,median nerve sensation and motor conduction speed.4.Acupoint application of Chinese medicine can effectively reduce Toronto clinical score,especially in western medicine.
