Objective To explore and analyse TILA-TACE for the treatment of unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods From July 2015 to September 2017,60 patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma were treated with transarterial chemoembolization(TACE)with or without bicarbonate local infusion into tumor,30 cases in each group. The two groups of patients were compared for disease control rate, safety and follow-up in 12 months of survival. Results disease control rate and follow-up in 12 months of survival were 86.67 %,and 80.00 % in the TILA-TACE group. While in the TACE group, disease control rate and follow-up in 12 months of survival were 56.67 %,and 53.33 %.There were significant difference of these data between TILA-TACE group and TACE group(P < 0.05).There were no statistically significant differences between TILA-TACE group and TACE group with regard to the side effects. Conclusion 1.TILA-TACE in treating unresectable HCC is superior to the conventional TACE.2.TILA-TACE is safe and reliable.
