Study On The Therapeutic Effect Of Yangyin Runchang On Parkinson's Disease With Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Based On The Theory Of "Brain-Gut Axis"

Purpose:To observe the curative effect of treatment of Parkinson's disease of Ganshen Yinxu with Yangyin Runchang.Methodology:Based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria,60 patients were divided into treatment group and control group,30 PD patients were collected as the treatment group and 30 PD patients as the control group.There was no statistical significance in the analysis of60 patients(gender,age,course,etc).The two groups were given basic treatment,continued to take the original therapeutic schedule,the treatment group with traditional Chinese medicine.The therapy lasted for 8 weeks.There are evaluations after 4 weeks' treatment and at the end of the treatment.UPDRS was used to score three parts,including mentation,behavior and emotion(UPDRS-I),activities of daily living(UPDRS-II)and motor examination(UPDRS-III).The scores of Hoehn-Yahr,CCS and TCM syndromes were used to evaluate two groups of subjects.The test was carried out strictly according to the requirement,and finally 60 cases were collected.SPSS 22.0 is used to analyze the statistical software,P<0.05 is statistically significant.Results:1.Clinical efficacy was assessed on the basis of the Unified Parkinson's Disease Assessment Scale(UPDRS):The efficiency of treatment group was 86.67%;The efficiency of control group was 53.33%.The difference was significant(P < 0.01).2.Unified Parkinson's Disease Assessment Scale(UPDRS):After 4 weeks' treatment,compared with UPDRS-I scores in the same group,it had statistical significance(P<0.05)in the treatment groups,and after 8 weeks' treatment,it had statistical significance(P<0.01).Compared with UPDRS II scores in the treatment group,it had statistical significance in 4 weeks and 8 weeks(P<0.01).Compared with UPDRS III scores in the treatment group,it had statistical significance in 8weeks(P<0.05).While the control group had no significant statistical significance after treatment(P>0.05).Compared with UPDRS I and UPDRS II scores between two groups,it had significant statistical significance after 8 weeks' treatment(P<0.01),and it had no significant statistical significance after treatment of UPDRS III scores(P>0.05).2.TCM syndromes scale of Parkinson's disease with liver and kidney deficiency:In the treatment groups,it had statistically significant difference in 4 weeks and 8weeks(P<0.01).And there was no statistically significant difference after treatment in the control groups(P>0.01).Compared with TCM syndromes scales between two groups,it had statistical significant significance after 8 weeks' treatment(P<0.01).3.CCS:In the treatment groups,it had statistically significant difference in 4 weeks and 8weeks(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in the control groups after treatment(P>0.01).Compared with integral scores between two groups,it had statistical significance after 8 weeks' treatment(P<0.01).4.Laboratory indexes: There were statistically significant difference between the treatment group of CCK and VIP in 4 weeks and 8 weeks(P<0.01).In the control group,there was no significant difference after treatment(P>0.05).Compared with brain-gut peptides between two groups,there was no statistical significance after 4weeks' treatment(P>0.05),While there was statistically significant difference between the two groups after 8 weeks' treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The clinical effect of Yangyin Runchang on Parkinson's disease is better than that of placebo.2.The treatment of Parkinson's disease with Yangyin Runchang not only can improve constipation symptoms and regulate the level of brain-gut peptides in patients with Parkinson's disease,but also can significantly improve the mentation,behavior and emotion,activities of daily living and motor examination of patients.3.The short-term treatment of Yangyin Runchang is not obvious to the improvement of movement symptoms of Parkinson's disease patients.
