Pulmonary tumor is one of the highest fatality rate diseases in the world,and the lung biopsy surgery directed by CT image is the most conventional ways to detect pulmonary tumor,but the surgery makes patient be punctured and radiated repeatedly.The lung biopsy based on surgical navigation will reduce the number of puncture,radiation and trauma,and improve the precision and success rate.But the navigation precision and the puncture accuracy are the foundation of these.So,under the condition of we have developed a surgical navigation platform,this paper mainly has conducted some researches about the precision improvement and tumor moving analysis based on the lung puncture surgical navigation,and the major work and contributes include:1)According to the principle of the operation system of lung puncture operation,this paper analyzes and classifies the possible errors.and divides all the errors into two categories and six subclasses.Detailed division.And gives the error that can be avoided and reduced and the error that cannot be overcome,which provides the theoretical basis for the next step to improve the precision.2)For the factors that affect the accuracy of preoperative registration,this paper proposes a marker identification and location method based on sequence characteristics and projection images,which can locate the bottom of the marker and enhance the accuracy of marker segmentation and localization.And the method can be extended to the neural,bone,spine and other surgical navigation system marker segmentation.3)In view of the influence of respiratory movement on navigation accuracy,2D-3D registration based on CT images and X-Ray images is proposed to estimate the parameters of tumor movement and lay the foundation for respiratory motion compensation during the operation of lung puncture.Finally,the system has been applied to animal experiments,through the preoperative and postoperative analysis of the two sets of data to get the system navigation error of about 9.0 mm,the clinical operation of large lesions to meet the accuracy requirements.In summary,based on the above original research,greatly enhance the lung puncture surgical navigation system accuracy and puncture accuracy.promote the surgical navigation system in the application of lung puncture,extended the scope of application of surgical navigation system.For the next step to lay a solid foundation for clinical testing.
