In recent years,the rapid development of medicine,medical technology and the wide use of modern medical devices has brought the patient well-being,but due to the improper use of medical instruments and the untraceable disinfection link brought some bad effects,what is more important is that pain and suffering were brought to the patients and the resulting medical disputes is also on the rise,and gradually become a prominent public health problem.Hospital disinfection supply center(Central Sterile Supplies Department:CSSD),also known as the disinfection supply room,supplied and transferred the Sterile medical devices and dressing,is an important part of the hospital infection management monitoring network and the core area,is an important part of modern hospital.Therefore,the hospital supply room of medical apparatus and instruments effective traceability become the key step guaranteeing the interests of patients and promote in the hospital management level.Because of its low cost,simple and easy to use,bar code technology gradually applied to all walks of life.Applying bar code technology to the hospital supply room equipment device,the traditional manual instrument equipment can be traced way into automatic tracing,not only improves the work efficiency and ensure medical safety,but also reduce the operation cost of the supply room.This paper,based on the.net platform technology and the survey on demand of the hospital supply room,designed and implemented hospital supply room of traceability system compatible with the hospital management system based on WCF framework and EF framework.Besides,the retrospective model of medical equipment was constructed by using the hidden Semi-Markov model,and the initial stage and the most probable cause of the quality problem of medical device package were completed.Finally,the system test to the system has been carried on,so that the stable operation of the system was guaranteed,which provided an effective way to the instrument for hospital managers traceability.System established by this paper implements multiple functional model such as the recycling of the disinfection supply center instrument set,cleaning and disinfection,package,sterilization,sterilization,biological monitoring,aseptic package approval,foreign package use,material management,equipment management,the operating room package back,lost equipment statistics,surgery patient statistics,distribution statistics,statistical work,implements sheet and statistics,the validity of alarm,inventory statistics,the basic information,the user permissions,the turnover top,package/leaking dressings,recovery of error handling,package processing and the system setting.It realized monitoring and traceability on the full life cycle of instrument set,the early warning of the invalid instrument set,enhanced of the sense of responsibility of the medical staff,met the pressing needs of patients and hospital managers and improved the service efficiency of the instrument set and the management level of the hospital.
