Objective:1)To study the prescription process of compounds Uighur medicine Xiaoaifei dropping pills.2)To establish the quality standards of compounds Uighur medicine Xiaoaifei dropping pills,which provides the theory basis for controling the quality and secondary development of the dropping pills.Furthermore,it provides the scientific guidance for the pre-clinical application of the dropping pills.Methods:1)The single factor test and orthogonal design test methods were applied to optimize the prescription process of compounds Uighur medicine Xiaoaifei dropping Pills.2)The contents of 4 flavonoids:quercetin,kaempferide,pinocembrin,galangin and alkaloids piperine in compounds Uighur medicine Xiaoaifei were determined simultaneously by HPLC.3)The quality standards of the dropping pills were studied by the relevant provision of Chinese pharmacopoeia 2010 edition?item under Pills.Results:1)The raw material of compounds Uighur medicine Xiaoaifei was extracted by three times?1.5h/time?by adding 20 times amount of 70%under refiux at 75?.2)The reparation technique of compounds Uighur medicine Xiaoaifei dripping pills:The optimum dropping condition was as follows:the condensing agent was dimethyl silicone oil and gradient condensing temperature was at 10?±1?,the temperature of extracted liquid was at 75?,dripping distance was 5⁷cm and dripping speed was 50 drops per minute.The optimum formulation was PEG6000:PEG4000=1:2.5 of medicinal powder.3)To establish the method of TLC to identify the compounds Uighur medicine Xiaoaifei dripping pills.4)The content of 4 flavonoids:quercetin,kaempferide,pinocembrin,galangin and alkaloids piperine in compounds Uighur medicine Xiaoaifei were derermined simultaneously by HPLC.The average content of quercetin,kaempferide,pinocembrin,galangin and piperine were 0.3300,0.3000,0.6902,2.3999 and 11.2992mg·g^-1,and the average content of quercetin,kaempferide,pinocembrin,galangin and piperine of compounds Uighur medicine Xiaoaifei dropping pills were 0.0940,0.0860,0.1969,0.6858 and 3.2272mg·g^-1.Weighting and dissolution time of dropping pills were 33.47mg and 8.76min.Conclusion:1)The extraction prescription process of compounds Uighur medicine Xiaoaifei dropping pills,was simple and highly reproducible.2)The method is simple and the results are stable with good reproducibility.It can be used for the quality control of compounds Uighur medicine Xiaoaifei.
