Clinical Study Of Yangxin Tablet In Treating Chronic Heart Failure With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yangxin tablet in treating chronic heart failure with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Method:Cases were selected in accordance with the diagnosis of chronic heart failure.40 patients with syndrome differentiation of qi deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 20 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with western medicine routine anti-heart failure treatment group on the basis of the control group plus Yangxin tablet(3 tablets each time 3 times a day oral.Qingdao Guofeng Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.production,Z37021102,each piece of 0.3 Gai.The course of treatment was 4 weeks in both groups.After the course of treatment,the TCM syndromes scores before and after the treatment in both groups were observed.NYHA cardiac function grade B type brain natriuretic peptide(BNPP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDDN),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),Minnesota heart failure were observed.Quality of Life score(MLHFQ)and changes of Safety Index.Result: This study included 40 cases,experimental group and control group with 20 cases in each group,two groups of patients before treatment in the basic situation,including gender?age?primary disease and heart function grade of NYHA aspects of composition by statistical analysis showed no significant difference(P>0.05),the treatment group and the control group between were comparable.1.In TCM syndromes score,Minnesota heart failure quality of life score: the two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.The total effective rate of NYHA was 90.00 g in the treatment group and 60.00 g in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.3.In terms of BNP,the two groups were all decreased after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group wasbetter than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.In the LVEF,LVEDDD,LVESD,there was no significant improvement in LVEF,LVEDDD and LVESD between the two groups after treatment,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).5.There were no obvious adverse reactions before and after treatment in both groups.Conclusions: 1?Based on routine anti heart failure therapy on the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of chronic heart failure with Yangxinshi tablets,can improve symptoms,heart function,quality of life and reduce the plasma BNP,and anti heart failure treatment is better than conventional western medicine;but in the improvement of LVEF,LVEDD and LVESD,compared with conventional Yangxinshi tablets Western Medicine Anti heart failure treatment and simple western medicine therapy,no difference in efficacy.2?Yangxin tablet in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of chronic heart failure without adverse events,safe and reliable...
