The Clinical Study Of Muscle Injury In Patients Of Wilson's Disease With Dystonia Caused By Hua-Yu Rou-Jin

Objective:1)to observe the changes of muscle injury indicator creatine kinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and interleukin-6(il-6)in patients of Wilson's disease with dystonia.2)To observe the effects of Huayu Roujin on muscle injury index,clinical efficacy,CM syndrome and other indicators of Wilson's disease with dystonia,and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:1)The 61 patients of Wilson's disease with dystonia were divided into Chinese medicine group and control group,and 20 patients randomly selected from medical personnel as the healthy group.The control group of 30 patients with DMPS and treatment group of 31 patients adding Huayu Roujin Chinese herbal medicine+DMPS,a course with 6days,intermittence with 2days for adding calcium,zinc,iron and other elements,totally 4 courses.To survey muscle injury index changes of 61 cases of Wilson's disease with dystonia and 20 cases healthy people before treatment,and to observe and analysis the muscle injury index,the clinical curative effect,CM syndrome index and safety index of 2 groups in the same group and between groups before and after treatment.2)Using SPSS 21.0 analyses data,normal data to express (?)±s format,using t test for quantitative data,using the chi square test for count data.Picture drawing with using Graph Pad Prism V6.0 software.Results:1)Muscle injury index of 61 patients of Wilson's disease with dystonia Compared with the healthy group,the patients of Wilson's disease with dystonia the muscle injury index of CK,LDH,IL-6 were obviously higher than the healthy group(P<0.01).Manifesting that the patients of Wilson's disease with dystonia has muscle injury.2)Two groups of clinical efficacy indicators After four treatment for 2 sets of data for statistical analysis,Huayu Roujin method total effective rate was 93.55%,DMPS group was 73.33%(P<0.05).In terms of its clinical effectiveness,the Chinese medicine group had obvious advantages.3)Scale index CM syndrome scale:There was no statistically significant difference between the two group before treatment.After treatment,the integral value of the two groups decreased before treatment,and the Chinese medicine group was obvious(P<0.01),while control group was not(P>0.05).Compared post-treatment two groups,the CM syndrome score of the traditional Chinese medicine group fall heavily(P<0.05).Unified Wilson's disease rating scale ?(UWDRS-?):Compared with the same group before treatment and after treatment in the two groups,the UWDRS-? value decreased,the difference of the treatment group is more obvious difference(P<0.01),while the control group a slight decline(P>0.05).Compared post-treatment two groups,the UWDRS-? score of the traditional Chinese medicine group fall heavily(P<0.05).Ability of daily life scale(ADL):Compared with the same group before treatment and after treatment in the two groups,the ADL value decreased,the difference of the treatment group is more obvious(P<0.05),while the control group a slight decline(P>0.05).Compared post-treatment two groups,the ADL score of the traditional Chinese medicine group fall heavily(P<0.05).4)Influence of muscle injury index Compared with before treatment,the values of CK,LDH,and IL-6 were all decreased in the treatment group of the Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).The CK value decreased slightly in the DMPS group(P>0.05),LDH and il-6 were increased slightly(P>0.05).After treatment,the reduction of CK,LDH and IL-6 in the Chinese traditional Chinese medicine group was more obvious(P<0.05).The results showed that the treatment group was effective in reducing muscle damage.5)24h urine copper index Compared with the same group before treatment,24 h urine copper was significantly increased after treatment in 2 groups(P<0.01).Compared post-treatment two groups,the control group of 24 h urine copper was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.01).In terms of its copper platoon effectiveness,the Chinese medicine group had obvious advantages.6)Safety indicators Blood routine:The RBC and PLT values of the Chinese traditional Chinese medicine group were slightly increased(P>0.05)compared with the before treatment,but the WBC value decreased significantly(P<0.05).The RBC and PLT values of the control group were lower than before treatment(P>0.05),but the WBC value decreased obviously.(P<0.05).Compared post-treatment two groups,there was no obvious difference in RBC,WBC and PLT(P>0.05).Liver and kidney function:Two groups were lower in ALT and AST than before treatment,but the reduction was more significant in the CM group(P<0.05).While in BUN and Scr indexes(P>0.05).Compared post-treatment two groups,ALT and AST decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).It is shown that the effective treatment of the liver is obvious,but it has little effect on renal function.7)Adverse reactions In adverse reactions such as fever,rash,nausea,anorexia,the incidence of Chinese medicine group was 6.45%,the incidence of the control group was 16.67%(P<0.05),suggesting that the soft rib expectoranting blood can significantly reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.Conclusion:(1)There is a certain degree of muscle damage in patients of Wilson's disease with dystonia.(2)The Huayu Roujin combined with DMPS can improve the muscle injury index in patients of Wilson's disease with dystonia,and it is better for 24 h urine output and liver function protection.(3)The Huayu Roujin combined with DMPS in improve CM syndrome in patients of Wilson's disease with dystonia,UWDRS-? nerve symptom integral and daily life ability is better.
