| 1 ObjectiveTo observe whether the symptoms of blood stasis in patients with advanced malignant tumor blood stasis syndrome before and after the treatment of Fufang Shougong San,and to find out the blood coagulation index,tumor size and KPS score before and after treatment,to improve the clinical treatment of patients with advanced malignant tumor blood stasis syndrome in compound in hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,with a view to providing new clinical treatment methods for patients with advanced malignant tumor with blood stasis.In order to improve the prognosis of patients with advanced malignant tumor blood stasis,improve the survival rate and quality of life.2 MethodsThe clinical trial included 93 patients with advanced malignant tumors who received palliative treatment from October 2015 to August 2017 in the Department of Tumor II of Anhui TCM Hospital,46 in the treatment group and 47 in the control group.All patients were diagnosed as malignant tumors by cytology or pathology.There were3 cases in the treatment observation,including 1 in the treatment group,2 in the control group,90 in the study,45 in the treatment group and 45 in the control group.The control group was treated with Best Supportive Care program:nutrition support,bioimmunologic agents and analgesia.On this basis,patients in the treatment group were treated with Fufang Shougong San,5 g,3 times daily.Treatment of 28 days for 1treatment cycle,a total of 2 treatment observation cycles,the patient continued to take medication.At the end of 2 treatment cycles,the blood stasis symptom score,blood coagulation correlation index,tumor size change,kps score change data were collected and analyzed.3 Results(1)Improvement of symptoms of blood stasis:The clinical efficiency of blood stasis was 48.88%in the treatment group,compared with 24.44%in the control group.There was no significant difference in the main symptoms of blood stasis before and after treatment(P>0.05).The main symptoms of blood stasis were better than those before treatment(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of coagulation correlation indexes:There was no significant difference between PLT,APTT,PT,FIB and D-dimer before and after treatment(P>0.05).The value of PLT was significantly lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05).The difference of APTT and PT was statistically significant(P<0.05),while that of FIB and D-dimer was statistically significant(P<0.05).The values of PLT,APTT,PT,FIB and D-dimer were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Tumor size comparison:after treatment,the size of the two groups of tumors was compared with that of the K-square test.There was no statistical significance(?~2=0.812,P=0.847>0.05),indicating that the Fufang Shougong San had no significant effect on the improvement of neoplasm in patients with advanced malignancies.(4)Karnofsky score comparison:The comparison of KPS scores before treatment was no statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating comparability between the two groups.There was no significant difference in KPS score before and after treatment(P=0.238>0.05).The KPS score was higher after treatment than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013<0.05).The KPS score of the two groups was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).4 ConclusionFufang Shougong San can improve the clinical symptoms of blood stasis in patients with advanced malignant tumor,and it can adjust the blood coagulation indexes of patients with advanced malignant tumor blood stasis.At the same time,Fufang Shougong San can improve the physical ability score(KPS)of patients with advanced malignant tumor and improve the quality of life,but it has no obvious effect on the improvement of the progress of patients with parenchymal tumor. |
