| ObjectiveTaking FuFang ShouGong San(SgS) prevent and control of Hypercoagulable statecaused by chemotherapy in patients with lung cancer as an entry point for traditionalChinese medicine.Providing relevant clinical data about antithrombotic drugs fortraditional Chinese medicine,providing a new method for the treatment ofHypercoagulable state.From the view of reduce high blood coagulation state afterchemotherapy, to reduce the side effects caused by chemotherapy，to provide newconnotation for traditional Chinese medicine.Research Methods60cases were randomly divided into two groups of patients with advanced lungcancer, namely the control group (chemotherapy group) and treatment group (group+SgS chemotherapy).Chemotherapy regimens are used docetaxel plus cisplatin.60cases carried by blood stasis syndrome symptoms,evaluation of coagulation andfibrinolysis,Karnofsky score,chemotherapy side effects and other aspects of efficacy,tostudy the effect about SgS cure of hypercoagulable state in lung advanced cancerpatients after chemotherapy.Results3.1In improving patients with advanced lung cancer clinical symptoms of blood stasissyndrome:Control group effective rate was20.0%,and the treatment group effectiverate was73.3%,after chi-square, comparing the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),two groups of curative effect have obvious difference.Treatment group offive different symptoms (pain, subcutaneous ecchymosis, tongue,dark purple skin afault,numbness)syndrome before and after the treatment curative effect comparison,therank and inspection,had statistical significance (P<0.05),while the control group5different symptom score before and after the treatment is no statistical significance(P>0.05).Showed SgS to improve the blood stasis syndrome in patients with clinicalsymptoms and blood stasis has good curative effect. 3.2In terms of improvement of patients with advanced lung cancer Hypercoagulablestate:In this experiment,the control group after treatment,PLT and FIB and D-dimer(D-dimer) numerical rise obviously,and the treatment group of PLT, FIB and D-dimer(D-dimer) significantly decreased after treatment,compared between groups aftertreatment,all three had statistical significance (P<0.05), the treatment group aftertreatment of APTT and PT compared with the control group after treatmentsignificantly longer (P<0.05),showed the SgS to malignant tumor of endogenous andexogenous coagulation way has a great influence.SgS can affect blood coagulation andfibrinolytic indexes to improve cancer patients with high blood coagulation state.3.3Changes in tumors: after the comparison between two groups after treatment has nostatistical significance (p>0.05),explain SgS combination chemotherapy comparedwith chemotherapy effect in the aspect of improve the size of the tumors.3.4: In terms of improving the quality of life of patients:the treatment group aftertreatment KPS score significantly higher than the control group, in the two groups aftertreatment group with statistical significance (P<0.05).Explain SgS compared combinedchemotherapy and chemotherapy alone,can significantly improve the patient’s qualityof life,may be related to complex keep palace powder with the filling of the efficacy isrelated to its active ingredients can inhibit tumor angiogenesis,formed by inducingtumor cell differentiation and apoptosis to suppress tumor growth can improve theanti-tumor immune ability of lymphocytes.3.5Drug toxicity reaction and safety:during the period of treatment of two groups ofblood and kidney toxicity,no statistical differences explain SgS itself has no obviousside effect,and combination treatment with chemotherapy,not increase the side effectsof chemotherapy.ConclusionsSgS can alleviate some symptoms in patients with advanced lung cancer,highblood clotting status of patients improve,enhance immunity, improve the quality of lifeof patients,prevention and reduce the side effects of chemotherapy.In addition,compared with chemotherapy alone,SgS combined with chemotherapy in theevening better therapeutic effect.This study has some clinical value. |
