Study On The Application Value Of Nasopore After Nasal Surgery

Objective: By compare the effect of Nasopore and sterilized Vaseline gauze After the operation of chronic sinusitis,so as to provide reference for the selection of doctors and patients.Method: Patients from Our hospital with chronic sinusitis who performed endoscopic sinus surgery under functional endoscopic sinus surgery from January 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into Nasopore group and sterilized Vaseline gauze group.Blood pressure?heart rate?white blood cell?body temperature?C reactive protein?interleukin 6?prostaglandin E2(PGE-2)? CT scan quantified Lund-Mackay score ?nasopharyngeal laryngoscope Lund-Kennedy score ? subjective condition score were recorded before operation.Then we recorded the blood pressure?heart rate?body temperature?pain?bleeding and the lowest oxygen saturation? plasma levels of white blood cells?C reactive protein,interleukin 6? prostaglandin E2?rebleeding?subjective quality of life within 24 hours after the operation.Record Lund-Kennedy score of mucous membrane ? The postoperative nasal cavity adhesion and postoperative satisfaction after the operation two months.We Reexamine the mucosal epithelialization of the patients at 2,4,8 and 12 weeks after the operation.The advantages and disadvantages of two materials were analyzed objectively and subjectively.Result: 1.There was no statistical difference between the two groups before the operation(p>0.05).2.Blood pressure?heart rate?body temperature?pain?bleeding?plasma levels of white blood cells?C reactive protein?interleukin 6?prostaglandin E2?,rebleeding,subjective quality of life within 24 hours after the operation?Lund-Kennedy score of mucous membrane?The postoperative nasal cavity adhesion and postoperative satisfaction after the operation two months were statistically significance(p<0.05).3.There was no significant difference between the two groups of the patients' postoperative satisfaction and the lowest oxygen saturation(p>0.05).Conclusion: the use of Nasopore is more comfortable and effective than the use of Vaseline gauze after surgery for sinusitis,and it is less adverse reactions,So it is recommended to be used under the conditions of economic conditions.
