BECKGROUND:Arrhythmia during pregnancy refers to arrhythmia that occur during women throughout pregnancy.Arrhythmia during pregnancy is relatively common in our country,Especially with the implementation of China's second child policy,which leads to the increase of maternal age,The arrhythmia during pregnancy is bound to be more and more common.Most of the disease does not have organic heart disease,a small number of patients with organic heart disease,which does Seriously harm to the health of pregnant women and fetuses.Although there have been a lot of research on the arrhythmia during pregnancy at home and abroad,and our country has made some progress in the diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmia during pregnancy,there is no consensus on the status quo,risk factors,pathogenesis,diagnosis,classification,maternal and fetal effects,treatment and so on.OBJECTIVE:By reviewing the current research progress of arrhythmia during pregnancy,so as to provide some references for patients with arrhythmia during pregnancy which become more and more common in clinical.METHODS : Make use of arrhythmia during pregnancy,Clinical study of arrhythmia during pregnancy,diagnosis of arrhythmia during pregnancy,treatment of arrhythmia during pregnancy,diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmia,arrhythmia,pregnancy,pregnancy disease and other key words to search the Literatures which is related to the research progress of arrhythmia during pregnancy,,and then sum up the relevant literatures?RESULT AND CONCLUSION : Arrhythmia during pregnancy is under the influence of many factors,as a result of pregnancy women's blood volume increases,the sympathetic tension and sensitivity also increased,this will aggravate the original arrhythmia or the emergence of a new arrhythmia during pregnancy.The treatment of Arrhythmia during pregnancy refer to maternal and fetal safety,it should not only focus on the effectiveness of the treatment measures and anti-arrhythmic drugs,but also try to prevent possible harm to the maternal and fetal,at the same time,it should pay attention to harmful response in the process of anti-arrhythmic.There have a lot ofresearch on the arrhythmia during pregnancy at home and abroad,some research have made some progress,which provided some reliable basis for the diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmia during pregnancy,on the basis of these solid foundation,to accurately grasp the period of treatment of the arrhythmia during pregnancy,it can provide timely,effective and safe treatment after fully weigh the pros and cons for pregnancy women with arrhythmia.
