In the early 1980s,China's rural tertiary health network at the end of the rupture,which led directly to the results of rural medical and health work difficulties,rural health services development in trouble,contact with China is still in the initial stage of socialist development Consider the township hospitals,health centers will still be in the long term to bear the most basic for the rural residents to provide medical and health services to public functions,the healthy development of township health care institutions is particularly important,after years of exploration,market economy The introduction of the government in 1997 to promote the integration of rural health services with its integrated management model.However,China's "integration"development is still in the theoretical,policy and practice of the exploratory stage,in the context of China's medical reform in-depth,the new medical reform has also proposed to carry out rural areas in the conditions of integrated health management,rural the healthy development of medical institutions is related to the smooth progress of rural health integration.Therefore,it is necessary to solve the problem of the development of rural medical institutions in line with the development of rural health management.Based on a large amount of literature search,field visits,observation method,in this paper the status of the integrative management of rural health service in Linzhou of Henan Province as the research object,the integrated management of domestic township hospitals and village clinics and the lack of experience,based on the actual situation of Linzhou,suitable for Linzhou rural health development of the integrated management system from change of system optimization and management perspective.To the township hospitals in Linzhou city to find out the effective way to enhance its public service functions,so it can be integrated model of rural health services to fulfill its public functions to provide health services for the rural masses,promote the development of the integrated management of rural health services.This paper first uses the literature research method,with the integration,township health centers,village health room related issues,the implementation of rural health service integration in China the meaning and purpose of a conceptual understanding;the second step,through Field investigation and observation of the township hospitals and interviews with relevant leaders to understand the operation of the hospitals in Linzhou City,the status quo caused by the problem and the reasons for the initial understanding of the way through the interview.This paper puts forward some suggestions on the integration of rural health management under the new situation by contacting the problems in the actual situation of rural health medical institutions in Linzhou.It is necessary to clarify the management system and change the management mode first,aim at the system optimization,and ensure that the service providers in the process of integration can effectively play their public functions,so as to explore the development of integrated management of rural health service in Linzhou and even throughout the country could have a positive impact on the method of reference.
