With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the state and the government to promote health promotion,people's health needs are also increasing,occupational stress is increasingly becoming an important factor affecting people's psychological and physical health.According to previous studies show that medical staff has been one of the larger occupational stress,the current medical and health system is being adjusted,reform,and public hospitals is the focus of reform,so the public hospital medical staff occupational stress is also increasing.To understand the occupational stress of medical staff,to explore the influential factors of occupational stress,to seek to relieve occupational stress measures to protect the physical and mental health of medical personnel,so that medical staff in the post to play a better role to achieve self-worth,has become experts and scholars in recent years Focus on the hot spots.In this paper,the medical personnel of C city people's hospital,a public secondary hospital in the southwest frontier and ethnic minority areas,are used as the research target.The method of literature analysis,interview and questionnaire is used to study the health promotion.Sloan demand hierarchy theory and pressure theory model based on the medical staff to carry out research.The results showed that the hospital medical staff in general pressure,the pressure reached 102.6(standard deviation 11.9),medical staff age,title,education,departments have a significant impact on the pressure,the pressure factors include seven as for the external environment,organization and management,workload,career interests,doctor-patient relationship,career development and interpersonal relationships,among which the average of interpersonal relationships is 1.642,other factors have more than 2 points on the impact of stress.Finally,according to the results of the data analysis,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the occupational stress of the medical staff from the seven factors and the government,the society,the hospital and the individual.
