Objective:1.The effect of lipid profile on heart rate variability in patients with type 2 diabetes;2.To explore an association E/A ration and Heart rate variety in a Chinese sample with type 2 diabetesMethods:1.Cohort study was carried out at Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University during January 2014 to May 2016.Total 745 patients with type 2 diabetes were recruited.including 231 patients without dyslipidemia and 514 patients with dyslipidemia?Clinical parameters were collected from electronic medical records system.Using variance analysis, chisquare test,Pearson correlation analysis and partial correlation analysis to explore an association of different types of dyslipidemia and heart rate variability in patients with type 2 diabetes.2.Patients with Hypertension?antihypertensive treatment, heart failure, coronary artery disease, previous cerebrovascular events, atrial ibrillation, congenital heart disease, more than mild valvular heart disease, neoplastic disease, cirrhosis of the liver or kidney failure.Patients with>10%premature supraventricular or ventricular contractions were also excluded from the study? After collecting age?sex?and history of their illness, biochemicalindicators,HRV parameters, indicators in echocardiogram included internal diameter of inter-ventricular septum, end diastolic diameter of LV thickness of post wall of LV,and diametersof LA,LVEF,E/A.Results:1.TG goup?LDL-C group?HDL-C group?TG+HDL-C group?TG+HDL-C+LDL-C group significantly decreased heart rate variability compared group without dyslipidemia(P<0.05),But the partial correlation analysis showed that only atherogenic index of plasma was negatively correlated with heart rate variability,HDL cholesterol was positively correlated with heart rate variability, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Heart rate variability parameters TP?VLF?LF?HF were positively correlated with E/A ratio, the difference was statistically sificant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Atherogenic index of plasma(AIP)?HDL cholesterol were related to the reduction heart rate variability in patients with type 2 diabetes.2.Heart rate variability HRV parameters TP?VLF?LF?HF positive correlation with E/A,indicating that HRV can be used as indicators of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction evaluation.
