MiR-10b And Early Breast Invasive Ductal Carcinoma In Clinical And Prognosis Research

Objective:Discussion on clinical parameters and prognosis of early breast invasive ductal carcinoma of miRNA-10b(miR-10b)expression.Methods:In situ molecular hybridization technique,detecting 305 cases of early breast invasive ductal cancer tissues miR-10b expression,by adopting the method of Pearson Chi-square analysis miR-10b expression in difference between different clinical indicators;In Spearman rank test methods to analyze the correlation between miR-10b,age,lymph node,estrogen receptor a(estrogen receptor ?,ER?),progesterone receptor(progesterone receptor PR),human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(human epidermal growth factor receptor 2,Her-2)in early breast invasive ductal cancer.The Kaplan-Meier method to calculate the accumulative disease-free survival time,the application log-rank test to compare miR-10 disease-free survival time between different groups of expression.Results:Early breast invasive ductal cancer in miR-10b expression age,tumor recurrence and metastasis,difference have statistical significance(P<0.05);and menstrual status,clinical stage,chemotherapy,radiotherapy and endocrine therapy,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).MiR-10b positive expression and its Her-2 positive expression were positively correlated,difference have statistical significance(P<0.05).MiR-10b negative expression median survival time compared with miR-lOb expression positive long time,the two have statistically difference(P?0.05).Lymph node negative when miR-10b negative expression of the median disease-free survival time is longer than positive expression,the two have statistically difference(P<0.05).On the contrary,miR-10b expression in lymph node positive median disease-free survival time is no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:MiR-10b expression levels associated with early breast invasive ductal carcinoma recurrence metastasis,especially in the absence of lymph node metastasis and miR-10b positive expression group's median disease-free survival time is short,the prognosis is poor.MiR-10b positive expression is a prognostic factors of early beast invasive ductal cancer.
