Serum MiR-10b And Early Diagnosis Of Breast Invasive Ductal Carcinoma And Clinical Prognosis Analysis

Objective:To detect the expression of serum microRNA-10b(miR-10b)in early invasive ductal carcinoma of breast and healthy women,to evaluate its diagnostic value for early invasive ductal carcinoma of breast,and to analyze the relevance between expression of serum miR-10 b and clinical prognosis.Methods:From August 2014 to August 2015,29 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma of breast and 48 healthy women were choosed.The serum miR-10 b expression of the two groups was checked by qRT-PCR,and the difference in expression and clinicopathological characteristics were compared.The value of miR-10 b in diagnosis was evaluated by the area under ROC curve,and the prognosis was analyzed by comparing the survival of the patients without tumors.Results: The expression of serum miR-10 b in early invasive ductal carcinoma of breast was significantly higher than that in healthy women(P<0.05).The area under ROC curve(AUC)was 0.646(95%CI:0.523-0.769),the sensitivity was 89.70%,and the specificity was 41.70%.There was no significant difference in the expression of serum miR-10 b in HER-2 status,ER,PR,mass size,menstrual status,age and other clinicopathological features(P>0.05).The serum miR-10 b express level of patients with early lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in patients without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The expression of serum miR-10 b in patients with recurrence and metastasis 3 years after operation was significantly higher than that in patients without tumor.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in molecular subtypes of early invasive ductal carcinoma(P>0.05).Conclusion: Serum miR-10 b expression has certain value in the diagnosis of early invasive ductal carcinoma of breast and is expected to become a serological diagnostic marker of early invasive ductal carcinoma of breast.Detection of serum miR-10 b expression has certain reference value in the prognosis evaluation of early invasive ductal carcinoma of breast.
