Renal Injection Treatment The Clinical Effect Of The Treatment Of Early Diabetic Nephropathy And Effects On Urinary GAL

Objective:Clinical observation of Shenkang injection in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of qi and blood stasis and its effect on urinary ?-galactosidase(urine GAL).So as to observe the effect of Shenkang injection on early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:In this study,60 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were selected,were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).The control group was given basic treatment(Control blood sugar,control blood pressure,regulate blood lipids,decoction of traditional Chinese medicine decoction oral).The treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment,given 5%xylitol injection 250ml,kidney Kang injection 100ml,day 1 static point.The duration of treatment was 4 weeks for both groups.Two groups of patients were observed before treatment for 4 weeks:(1)TCM syndrome points;(2)urinary GAL,urinary albumin determination,liver function(ALT,AST),ion(K,P,Ca),blood glucose.Statistical analysis was used to analyze all the syndrome scores and laboratory indexes obtained by statistical software(SPSS 17.0),comparison of the differences between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1,the treatment group and the control group after treatment of clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,a statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was significantly better than the control group;2,the treatment group and the control group in reducing the urine of patients with GAL,urine albumin compared with the statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was superior to the control group.There was no significant difference in liver function(ALT,AST),ion(K,P,Ca)and blood glucose l-etween the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Through clinical observation found that:1,kidney Kang injection can reduce the blood deficiency type of early DKD patients with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome points,improve the clinical symptoms of patients with Chinese medicine.2,Shenkang injection can reduce the level of qi deficiency and blood stasis early DKD patients with urine GAL levels.3,Shenkang injection in reducing the early stage of DKD deficiency in patients with urinary microalbuminuria has a significant effect.
