Clinical Case Report Of The Individual Tooth Tray For Anterior Esthetic Restoration

Background: In recent years,with the continuous improvement of people's aesthetic consciousness and economic income,people pay more and more attention to the appearance of teeth,especiay anterior teeth.In particular,the anterior teeth as a facade will also directly affect a person's social,so have a clean and tidy teeth has been the pursuit of the goal.In recent years,esthetic restoration of anterior teeth has attracted much attention from oral clinicians.Anterior aesthetic restoration not only in the color and morphology to achieve accurate recovery,but also in the adhesion,especially the edge of the edge is also the focus of the accuracy of the study.Many studies have shown that the edge of the fixed prosthesis close to prevent gingival inflammation and secondary caries and restoration of the body is essential[1].Therefore,the preparation of dental gingiva and preparation of the posterior impression of the anterior aesthetic restoration is very important.Anterior teeth of the gingival method is different from the posterior teeth,the purpose is not to produce gingival injury and does not cause gingival recession,so we should choose to reduce tissue damage in the clinical gingival to avoid irreversible retraction of the correct gingival retraction method[2].Japan used the individual tooth tray method can be achieved through the mechanical method of gingival retraction method,which as a safe,efficient,painless gingival retraction method,applied to the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth can achieve good results.The individual tooth tray with silicone rubber impression method to obtain the impression,the preparation of the neck is complete and clear,repair treatment after near-term effect is better,worthy of clinical promotion[3]..Objective: This clinical study mainly through the use of the individual tooth tray for gingival retraction,making accurate silicone rubber impression.Compared with chemical and surgical gingival retractions,the individual tooth tray can be avoided permanently,but also for the subsequent production of anterior aesthetic restoration to create the conditions.Materials and methods: Seven patients(3 males and 4 females)with anterior aesthetic restoration were selected from Dalian Medical University Stomatological Hospital from March 2015 to June 2016.According to the different situations of patients before the analysis and design of the anterior teeth for tooth preparation,with self-curing resin produced a tooth tray,with a tooth tray with silicone rubber impression material from the impression,the body after the completion of trial production and bonded prosthesis.The follow-up period was 3-6 months.The clinical effect of the individual tooth tray on the aesthetic repair of anterior teeth was evaluated by postoperative satisfaction.Results: The satisfaction of return visit was good in 7 patients.The prosthesis was in close contact with the neck of the preparation,the gums had no swelling and tenderness,and the appearance was beautiful and natural,and the repairing effect was satisfactory.Conclusion: The individual tooth tray with silicone rubber impression mode can get a good gingival effect,especially for the anterior teeth repair patients,the edge of the prosthesis in the subgingival,the individual tooth tray can be fully silicone rubber pressure into the gingival sulcus.You can obtain a complete clear impression,the final restoration of the edge of the precise dense paste.The gingival is healthy and the patients are very satisfied.
