Background Condyloma acuminatum(CA)is one of sexually transmitted diseases caused by human papilloma virus(HPV)infection, the number of patient increases year by year. Now according to reports CA has become China's third largest sexually transmitted diseases.Condyloma acuminatum occurs mainly in 20-40 years of Sexually activity people, often in genital and perianal.Male mainly occurs in foreskin?tie, coronal, while female common in the labia majora, labia minora, after joint, around the outside of the vulva and anus happens a little. The treatment methods include chemical corrosion, physical therapy(including cryotherapy, microwave, thermotherapy),surgical treatment,immunotherapy,5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy and various treatlent combination therapy. The high recurrence rate has been plagued both doctors and patients, while the recurrence rate was reported as high as 59%.While pregnant women affected by placental hormones, cervical vascular engorgement hyperemia, glycoprotein increased, the infection rate of HPV was higher than that of non pregnancy, and pregnancy decreased due to the change of endocrine and immune function, difficult treatment and the recurrence rate is high, would constitute a threat to the health of pregnant women and fetus. Therefore,it is very important to develop an effective and safe treatment for pregnant women and fetUses. However, due to the particularity of pregnant women, the treatment of physical therapy is generally used. The current clinical use of microwave, carbon dioxide laser, cervical conization, cotton swabs frozen, the treatment effect is not good, the recurrence rate is higher. In order to study the effect of cryotherapy and microwave on cervical condyloma acuminatum in pregnant women,We conducted a clinical studyObjective This study comparing the curative effect, treatment times and the average healing time of cryotherapy and microwave for pregnant women cervical condyloma acuminatumMethods Clinical patients of pregnance have typical cervical condyloma acurrunatum clinical manifestations combined with acetowhite test, some patients have pathological examination support.48 cases was enrolled in all.Treatment group has 25 cases, using cryotherapy, while the control group has 23 cases by microwave therapy. The treatment after 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks follow-up.The two groups treat times respectively, calculate the average healing time. Results using spss17.0 software to carry on the analysis, observe two groups the difference between the experimental results.Repeat treatment for relapse during follow-up.Cured untill to warts completely faded, acetowhite test continued negative.Number the records in.Results All of the patients during treatment were cured,no patients lost to follow-up,the longest treatment time is 12 weeks, the longest observation time is 6 months.Treatment group 1 time had healed 5 cases(cure rate is 20.00%),2 times to had cured 8 cases(cure rate is 32.00%),3 times had cured 9 cases(cure rate is 36.00%),4 times cured cases was 3 patients(cure rate is 12.00%);while the control group 1 time had cured 1 case(cure rate 1s 4.35%);Two cured cases was 3 patients(cure rate is 13.04%),3 times had cured 11 cases(cure rate is 47.82%),4 time shad treated 8 cases(cure rate i5 34.78%).The average clinical cure time of cryotherapy was about 42days,while the microwave group was about 67 daysConclusion Cryotherapy for pregnant women with cervical condyloma acuminatum, compared with microwave treatment, has a significant effect, short treatment times, the average healing time was shorter, but due to the small number of cases, the follow-up time is short, the operation process of the technology and may have differences on the treatment time to grasp,so the treatment pregnancy cervical condyloma acuminatum is still worthy of further clinical observation.
