Objective To analyze the risk factors, causes, treatment and pregnancy outcome of postpartum hemorrhage, provide the basis for early identification, prevention and reasonable treatment of postpartum hemorrhage, guide the rational allocation of medical resources and comprehensive management of maternal.Method1.General information: 1022 cases of maternal medical records were collected from January 1,2014 to December 31,2015 in Shenyang Women and Children Hospital, and the diagnosis of postpartum hemorrhage was taken as the experimental group.1022 cases of maternal data of non-postpartum hemorrhage in the same period were analyzed retrospectively.Collection of two groups of pregnant women related indicators: maternal age, gestational age during pregnancy, pregnancy times, births, births, neonatal birth weight, mode of delivery, postpartum hemorrhage, placenta previa, placental abruption, gestational hypertension Disease and so on.2.Statistical methods: Independent risk factors were used to study the risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage, and the high risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage were found based on the independent sample mean t test and independent sample rate?2test.Result1.1 January 2014 to December 31,2015 Shenyang Women and Children Hospital,26244 cases of maternal delivery,a total of 1022 cases of postpartum hemorrhage, the incidence was about 3.89%.2.Occurred in 2 hours postpartum hemorrhage were 922 cases, accounting for90.22%,occurred in 2 hours postpartum to 24 hours postpartum hemorrhage in 100 cases, accounting for 9.78%.3.In the observation group,913 cases(89.33%)had improved bleeding after treatment with conventional combination therapy.109 cases(10.67%)had no improvement in bleeding after drug treatment, and 39 cases were treated with intrauterine gauze(19.67%)were performed in 9 cases(15.60%)with simple pelvic vascular ligation and 21 cases(19.27%)of pelvic ligation and pelvic ligation.9 cases(8.26%)of ligation and Blynch,4 cases(3.67%)underwent pelvic ligation and hydrocapsule,7 cases(6.42%)underwent total hysterectomy or total hysterectomy,Wall hematoma evacuation, uterine fornix fissure suture, uterine rupture repair surgery in 1 case(0.92%).4.Cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage rate of about 1.42%,vaginal delivery postpartum hemorrhage rate of about 6.48%.The probability of postpartum hemorrhage between cesarean section and vaginal delivery was comparable between?2= 448.583 and P = 0(<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.5.The birth weight of the neonates born in the pregnant group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).The risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P <0.05)The incidence of placental abruption, gestational anemia, gestational diabetes mellitus, gestational hypertension and placenta previa were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion1.The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage is about 3.89%.2.The time of postpartum hemorrhage was mostly within 2 hours postpartum.3.The vast majority of postpartum hemorrhage maternal drug treatment improved, only a few need to surgery.4.The probability of postpartum hemorrhage in maternal cesarean delivery was significantly lower than that in vaginal delivery.5.The risk factors for postpartum hemorrhage were: age ?35 years, multiple pregnancy, giant children, placental abruption, gestational anemia, gestational diabetes mellitus, hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and placenta previa.
