Due to constant improvement and development of CT scanning technology,imaging diagnosis is constantly strengthened,and lesion detective rate and diagnosis accuracy are significantly improved.However,since medical imaging of CT is 2D fault-plane image,doctors cannot directly observe 3D structure of lesion location,but only construct 3D model for disease evaluation in mind.This kind of evaluation is subjective and one-sided.In orthopedic surgery,the positioning in surgery completely depends on doctors' basic skills,with extremely high requirement for doctors.Surgical guide technology can reduce the threshold for young doctors to carry out surgery,and can ensure steel nails are fixed in the most accurate position in orthopedic surgery.Now,the application of 3D printing technology in medicine is greatly increased,making 3D printing technology print surgical guide,to become the best choice for personalized surgical guide design.There is greater and greater demand for accurate 3D reconstruction and surgical guide design technology in clinic,of which social value and economic benefit will be greater and greater.This paper takes CT scanning data as experiment data,and segmented bones for experimental comparison.It also puts forward a kind of design method of orthopedic surgery guided template,with detailed analysis of all parameters about guided template design,and proposes guided template design algorithm based on strength analysis of bones.Combined with different situations,it respectively propose two kinds of template design with implementation,which is convenient and fast to design the required surgical guided template.Firstly,through image processing algorithm,it segments and reconstructs experimental data;secondly,according to reconstruction results,it analyzes bones to design surgical model printed by 3D printer to meet the surgical guided template,and the printed guided template model is made to match bone model,investigating the matching effect.Finally,to relieve doctors' burden and facilitate doctors and patients use it,medical imaging cloud platform is established,and cloud platform realizes 3D visualization of models.
