Objective:This research, using randomized controlled method, observes the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Syndrome, gastroscopy, pathological examination and Hp infection status of patients in the control group(official version of TCM treatment plan)and the test group(classical optimized version of the TCM treatment plan)before and after treatment. This verifies the superiority and effectiveness of the classical optimized TCM diagnosis and treatment plan, and improves the clinical curative effect of epigastric pain, which provides the basis for the exploration of the optimized TCM diagnosis and treatment plan.Methods:(1)Case data:These Data were collected from the inpatients and the outpatients who were in the department of the spleen and stomach of the TCM Hospital of qingyuan city from Feb.2016 to Jan.2017.The 120 patients who met the inclusion criteria, were randomly divided into the control group and the test group. Each group contained 60 cases.Such general data as name, gender, age, course of disease and condition of disease were recorded for each patient.(2)Diagnosis and treatment plan:The test group were treated according to the classical optimized version of TCM treatment plan. The control group were treated according to the official version of TCM treatment plan. Each patient was given a dose of 400ml half an hour before a meal one day and 28 days were one course of treatment.(3)Observation index:The main clinical symptoms and signs were recorded once a day on the first day,the seventh day,the fourteenth day,the twenty-first day and the twenty-eighth day after observation and diagnosis.Such therapeutic indexes as the gastroscopy, pathological examination and Hp infection status were recorded one time before and after treatment. The physical examination was done one time on the first day and the twenty-ninth day after treatment and the physical examination indexes included blood, urine routine, stool routine, liver function, kidney function and electrocardigram.Results:(1)The clinical comprehensive curative effect of the two groups was compared. There was significant difference in the control group and the test group(P<0.05),suggesting that classical optimized version of the TCM treatment plan is better than the official version in improving the clinical comprehensive curative effect.(2)The TCM symptoms curative effect of the two groups was compared. There was no significant difference in the control group and the test group(P>0.05),suggesting that classical optimized version of the TCM treatment plan is not different from the official version in improving the TCM symptoms curative effect.(3)The gastroscopy curative effect of the two groups was compared. There was significant difference in the control group and the test group(P<0.05),suggesting that classical optimized version of the TCM treatment plan is better than the official version in improving the gastroscopy curative effect.(4)The pathologic curative effect of the two groups was compared. There was significant difference in the control group and the test group(P<0.05),suggesting that classical optimized version of the TCM treatment plan is better than the official version in improving the pathologic curative effect.(5)The TCM symptoms indexes integration of the two groups were compared. There was significant difference for such indexes as the distension epigastric pain, fullness, noisy Tunsuan, nausea and vomiting, loss of appetite, dry mouth and poor stool in the control group and the test group(P<0.05),suggesting that classical optimized version of the TCM treatment plan is better than the official version in improving such indexes as the distension epigastric pain, fullness, noisy Tunsuan, nausea and vomiting, loss of appetite, dry mouth and poor stool. There was no significant difference for fatigue index in the control group and the test group(P>0.05),suggesting that classical optimized version of the TCM treatment plan is not different from the official version in improving fatigue index.(6)The Hp infection of the two groups was compared. There was no significant difference in the control group and the test group(P<0.05),suggesting that classical optimized version of the TCM treatment plan is not different from the official version in removing the Hp infection. Conclusion:The statistic analysis of such aspects as the TCM symptoms, gastroscopy, pathological examination and Hp infection showed that the classical optimized version of the TCM treatment plan has better clinical efficacy than the official version, which provides research ideas for the further exploration of the optimization of the treatment plan for epigastric pain and its clinical practice.
