For the objective quantitative problems of traditional experience of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),this study introduced color measurement technology into traditional Chinese medicine,made preliminary exploration research for its application in the realization of TCM decoction pieces appearance color.Representative medicine Crataegi Fructus and Gardeniae Fructus were choosed as the research object,and this research put forward the appearance quality of the TCM decoction pieces rapid detection method to study the color dynamic change rule in the process of processing based on measuring color technology.Respectively from static(appearance color of standard pieces)and dynamic(color dynamic changes in processing),erplore TCM decoction pieces appearance quality evaluation quantitative mode research,settlement pieces appearance color experience expressed related of key common problem.To ensure scientific and reliable slices of color standards,Delphi expert advice will be introduced in sensory evaluation of slices,study on evaluation method of sensory experience by individual experts and expert groups review the duplieate the feasibility,and sensory evaluation index weight analysis.The result indicating the Delphi method of coefficient of authority of the reviewer above 0.8,reproduction rates are greater than 90%of individual experts and expert groups,and expert advice on coordination coefficient over 0.900(P=0.000).The analysis shows the importance of sensory evaluation indicators,indicator color assignments and weights are greater than the importance of the rest of the sensory evaluation indicators(P<0.01),color is the most important slices of the sensory evaluation indices and pieces belonging to judge different specifications of the experts has important implications.On the basis of this feasibility study,gardenia and instalments collected by Haw different pieces belonging to the sensory evaluation,identifying qualified Hawthorn gardenia and slices of different specifications,establishing a foundation for follow-up pieces standard colour range.Different processed products of Crataegi Fructus and Gardeniae Fructus,with its were collected from different producing areas,Spectral color measurement instrument were used for collecting measurement characteristic parameters of its color.Through normal testing,using Percentile method,build a Crataegi Fructus and Gardeniae Fructus of 90%reference values based on L*a*b*chromaticity space:Crataegi used non-parameter rank and test(Kruskal Wallis)validation by established of pieces standard color value range rationality,results indicates that Crataegi Fructus and Gardeniae Fructus the different eoncoetion specifieations pieces of eolor exists significantly difference(P<0.01),proved by established Hawthorn and gardenia health products,and fried products,coke and carbon products of standard color range can better to will of Hawthorn and gardenia with concoction specifications pieces for differentiates.Through non-parameter test(Kruskal Wallis),and Byes discriminant analysis(LAD)and PCA analysis,validated the rationality of established standard color value range;established mathematics discriminant model of different decoction pieces of Crataegi Fructus and Gardeniae FructusIn order to research dynamic changes of color and ingredients in the process of processing,ouline type non-contact infrared temperature system was used to collect temperature parameter in the process,and CM-5 type light measuring color instrument was used for collecting different time points of pieces color in the fried process.By analysis of collected color data and temperature data,established external and internal chroma learn parameter within time changes of dynamic trend figure in the process of processing.Through the roasting time slices(internal and external)matches the chromatographic peak(P1,P2,P3...Pn)and corresponding time points of pieces color parameter(L*w,a*w,b*w,and L*n,a*n,b*n)of rank correlation,respectively find and fried yellow,and fried coke and fried carbon process in the gardenia Peel(47?48?51)and gardenia species(50?57?53)color changes has correlation of features color spectrum peak(Spearman's Rho related coefficient of(P<0.05).On this basis,using multiple regression analysis(Regression)fitting the chromatographic peaks(X)with the color parameter(Y)of the linear regression model,according to standardization of chromatographic peaks by size of the partial regression eoefficient,to further explore the chromatographic peaks on the color value of the extent of the effect.Pieces during the different processing internal and external colour and matching chromatographic peaks of single correlation and multiple regression analysis showed that processing process consists of multiple pieces of color variation in results from interaction between intrinsic.While HPLC/MS can be used for further identification of unknown compounds that have a dependency on these slices of color change.Experimentally demonstrate that characteristic parameters based on internal and external color can distinguish between different processing degree of Crataegi Fructus and Gardeniae Fructus samples.lt proved that using spectral color measurement technology of distinguishing traditional Chinese medical tablets processing has some degree of feasibility from a macro point,which can be directly used to guide preparation process.By analysing external color and intemal components in a dynamic proeess of dynamie variation,and identify characteristics associated with significant color change peaks,revealing material basis for color change in the course of processing.Eventually,double indicators quantifying quality standard control mode were established by representation of components and standard colors,which provides a convenient method for quality evaluation.
