Objective:This research established a rat model of ischemia reperfusion model,giving Qizhi capsule for prevention,to investigate the PKC-MARCKS signal transduction pathway for the regulation of ischemic stroke,clarify the Qizhi capsule in the treatment of cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury mechanisms,providing new scientific basis for Qizhi capsule in the treatment of ischemic cerebral vascular disease,widening ideas for the treatment of ischemic cerebral vascular disease.Method and content:Preparing rat middle cerebral artery occlusion MCAO model by using Zea Longa methods,through light microscopy,electron microscopy,and immunohistochemical technique,observing the cerebral ischemia reperfusion after different time points(IR6h,IR24h,IR72h,IR7d)and medication changes,changes in expression of each experimental group rat of neural function,brain tissue pathological changes and MARCKS,p-MARCKS protein in ischemic area.Results:The effect of Qizhi capsule can reduce the neurological function of rats changed,reduce brain tissue morphological changes,decreased the expression of MARCKS,p-MARCKS protein in ischemic region,compared with the model group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qizhi capsule can reduce the change of nerve function in ischemic stroke rats,and the change of brain tissue morphology,reduce the expression and activity of PKC-MARCKS pathway substrate protein MARCKS,p-MARCKS.Qizhi capsule has effects on regulation the signal pathway of ischemic stroke,and broaden the thinking for the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke.
