"Functional hybrid rice" is mainly refers to the deticated and healthful hybrid rice combinatios that contein active substances in embryo,endosperm,bran and the other parts,such as anthocyanins,falconoids.They can adjust human body's physiological metabolism,satisfy consumers' different and special requirements.In this study,we screened out the hybrid rice combination with powerful antioxidant effect by comparing the anthocyanin content,total falconoid content,total antioxidation capacity and scavenge free radical capacity of 129 hybrid rice combinations' brown rice and 111 hybrid rice combinations' the polished rice.Choose the brown rice and the bran of hybrid rice combination which has better comprehensive agrononmic trait and functional active ingredient than others to research the antioxidant ability and the function of lowering serum lipids.The main results were as follows:1.The study on antioxidation of the brown rice and the polished rice of different hybrid rice combinations.There are very significant difference on the anthocyanin content,total falconoid content,total anti-oxidation capacity and scavenge free radical capacity from different hybrid rice combinations.The anthocyanins and total flavonoids are mainly consist in episperm.The antioxidant effect of the brown rice is more powerful than the polished rice.The study screened out hybrid rice combination 1 C429 has the most powerful antioxidation.Its anthocyanin content of brown rice is 25.14±0.03 u/g,which is 139.67 times of the check "Yongyou No.9".Its total falconoid content is 4.42±0.04%,which is 1.63 times of the check "Yongyou No.9".Its total anti-oxidation capacity is 1246.63±8.89 u/g,which is 2.67 times of the check "Yongyou No.9".And its scavenge free radical capacity respectively is 228.47±2.96 u/g,which is 1.09 times of the check "Yongyou No.9".2.The study on the antioxidant ability of the hybrid rice combination.The animal experiments showed that the brown rice of the hybrid rice combination 2B948 has the best effect in improving antioxidation capacity.The results as follows:(1)The antioxidation capacity of rats' serumIts' total antioxidation capacity(T-AOC)of rats' serum is 11.951 ±1.298 U/mL,which is increased by 60.07%than the hyperlipidemia model group.Its' serum total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)activity is 38.159±3.614 U/mL,which is increased by 80.90%than the hyperlipidemia model group.Its' serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity is 142.667±3.999 U/mL,which is increased by 17.95%than the hyperlipidemia model group.The content of serum malondialdehyde(MDA)is 10.423±0.509 nmol/mL,which is reduced by 22.51%than the hyperlipidemia model group.(2)The antioxidation capacity of rats' liverThe liver's T-AOC is 2.998±0.185 U/mgprot,which is increased by 32.17%than the hyperlipidemia model group.The liver's T-SOD activity is 9.125±0.489 U/mgprot,which is increased by 22.73%than the hyperlipidemia model group.The liver's GSH-Px activity is 627.939±14.413 U/mgprot,which is increased by 18.26%than the hyperlipidemia model group.The content of liver's MDA is 1.146±0.084 nmol/mgprot,which is reduced by 58.87%than the hyperlipidemia model group.(3)The antioxidation capacity of rats' spleenThe spleen's T-AOC is 3.712±0.089 U/mgprot,which is increased by 30.60%than the hyperlipidemia model group.The spleen's T-SOD activity is 80.012±4.971 U/mgprot,which is increased by 21.90%than the hyperlipidemia model group.The spleen's GSH-Px activity is 811.184±12.494 U/mgprot,which is increased by 13.10%than the hyperlipidemia model group.The content of spleen MDA is 2.452±0.117 nmol/mgprot,which is reduced by 50.49%than the hyperlipidemia model group.3.The study on the hypolipidemic effect of the hybrid rice combination.The animal experiments showed that the rice bran of the hybrid rice combination 2B948 has the best effect in regulating lipids metabolism.(1)The lipid levels of rats' serumThe content of total cholesterol(T-CHO)of rats' serum is 1,671 ±0.253 mmol/L,which is reduced by 37.65%than the hyperlipidemia model group.The content of serum's triglyceride(TG)is 1.020±0.123 mmol/L,which is reduced by 44.23%than the hyperlipidemia model group.The content of serum's low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)is 1.706±0.127 mmol/L,which is reduced by 28.74%than the hyperlipidemia model group.The content of serum's high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)is 1.483±0.146 mmol/L,which is increased by 77.82%than the hyperlipidemia model group.(2)The lipid levels of rats' liverThe content of liver's T-CHO is 0.369±0.022 mmol/L,which is reduced by 36.49%than the hyperlipidemia model group.The content of liver's TG is 0.124±0.007 mmol/L,which is reduced by 56.03%than the hyperlipidemia model group.The content of liver's LDL-C is 0.065±0.003 mmol/L,which is reduced by 48.00%than the hyperlipidemia model group.The content of liver's HDL-C is 0.086±0.005 mmol/L,which is increased by 186.67%than the hyperlipidemia model group.(3)The lipid levels of rats' spleenThe content of spleen's T-CHO is 0.092±0.007 mmol/L,which is reduced by 46.20%than the hyperlipidemia model group.The content of spleen's TG is 0.074±0.004 mmol/L,which is reduced by 57.95%than the hyperlipidemia model group.The content of spleen's LDL-C is 0.056±0.005 mmol/L,which is reduced by 32.53%than the hyperlipidemia model group.The content of spleen's HDL-C is 0.045±0.002 mmol/L,which is increased by 60.71%than the hyperlipidemia model group.
