The Research Of Shen Minhe's Medication Rules In Treating Colorectal Cancer

Context:Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of digestive tract,which incidence and death rate are on the rise in China.We use surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy and targeted therapy to treat colorectal cancer.The treatment of surgery is harmful to our body,and is also easy to relapse or metastasis.Although through the using of chemotherapy and targeted therapy,patient's lifetime is prolonged in a certain extent,the acute toxicity and drug's resistance have made a great challenge in the further treatment.In a certain extent,the treatment of colorectal cancer has made a progress,but there also has a certain distance in raising the patient's lifetime and the quality of life completely.However,the traditional Chinese medicine,which is one of the most common models in preventing the disease9 relapse and metastasis in follow-up period at present,has many features such as multilevel,multilevel and Multi target.With the progress of information,the computer information technology of data mining is one of the enhancing factors in this magnanimity data in clinic,and it also plays a unique advantage in the field of experience research work of famous veteran doctors of TCM in traditional Chinese Medicine.Objective:To review and organize Shen minhe's clinical prescriptions of colorectal cancer,and then to summarize the mainly therapeutic method and clinical experiences in treating colorectal cancer.Methods:We collected Shen's clinical cases between the year of 2011 and 2013,and established the corresponding database in EXCELL.Then we used SPSS 20.0 to do the descriptive frequency analysis,correlation coefficient analysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis to study the rules and eharacteristies of his medication,from the data mining methods as follows:drug number,four natures of drugs,the five flavors(sour,bitter,sweet,pungent,and salty),channel tropism,function,drug corelationships,cluster of the high frequency drug.Results:The drug numbers of Shen's cases are between 9-12 mostly.The drugs are based on cold,warm and nature(four natures of drugs),sweet and bitter(the five flavors),spleen,lung and stomach meridians,with vital complement qi functions mostly.We extracted and purified some Clinical couplets and groups of medicines,such as huangqi and gouqi,doukou,miren and xingren,and so on.We used two classifications fast clustering method of SPSS and gained 5 drugs clustering.We summarized as follows:category 1 treatment is the method of replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen,removing dampness to reduce phlegm,soothing the live to dispel melancholy based on Liu Junzi Tang and Sini San;category 2 treatment is the method of nourishing liver and kidney,clearing away heat and toxic material based on Liuwei Dihuang Wan and Jiedu Sangen Tang;category 3 and 5 treatment are the methods of promoting blood circulation and detoxication,softening hard mass and reducing phlegm;category 4 treatment is the method of removing heat and dampness based on Ganlu Xiaodu Dan.Conclusion:Shen's main treatment methods of colorectal cancer are replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen,soothing the live to dispel melancholy based on Liu Junzi Tang and Sini San;nourishing liver and kidney,clearing away heat and toxic material based on Liuwei Dihuang Wan and Jiedu Sangen Tang;and removing heat and dampness based on Ganlu Xiaodu Dan.We also found Shen's ideology abiding by the principle of strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors,and of tonifying spleen to treat colorectal cancer especially.He also lay emphasis on soothing the liver,keeping calm and being a vegetarian in order to prevent the progress of disease.
