| Objective To investigate the protecting effects of Liuwei Dihuang pills on diabetic nephropathy and the change of the expression of TNF-a?IL-6.Methods sixty diabetic neohropathy SD rats,the experimental rats were divided into three groups:normal group,model group and treatment groups(high,middle,low dose of liuweidihuang pills and rosiglitazone group);Fast blood gluocose(FBG),The urine in 24 h and blood samples were collected after the treatment for 6weeks.The rats were killed and the pathological changes of kidney were observed,fast blood insulin were measured by ELISA.Results The concent ration of Urine protein in 24h,ast blood gluocose(FBG),and renal function indicatrix(BUN,Scr)decreased significantly after the treatment with liuweidihuang pills(p<0.01);Expression of TNF-? and IL-6 in the nephridial tissue abviously.The expression of TNF-??IL-6 and renal function(BUN?Scr)decreased significantly after the treatment with liuweidihuang pills(p<0.01).Quantitation of Urine in 24 hours,Scr,BUN of the treatment were all lower than model group?Compared with modle group,the expression of TNF-? and IL-6 in treatment groups was lower?Conclution Liuweidihuang pills have significant renal protection in DN rats,could be used to treat early DN,which may be related toinhibition of TNF-? and IL-6 expression?... |
