Effects Of Bolus Of Six Flavour Glutinous Rehmannia On MCP-1、NF-kB Expression Level And Protection Mechanism Of Diabetic Nephropathy In Rats.

Objective To inquiry the protecting effects of Liuwei Dihuang pills on diabetic nephropathy and the change of the expression of MCP-1、 NF-kB.Methods sixty diabetic neohropathy SD rats, the experimental rats were divided into three groups:normal group, model group and treatment groups(high,middle, low dose of liuweidihuang pills and rosiglitazone group);Fast blood gluocose(FBG),The urine in 24 h and blood samples were collected after the treatment for 6weeks. The rats were killed and the pathological changes of kidney were observed, fast blood insulin were measured by ELISA and Immumofluorescence method.Results The concent ration of Urine protein in24h,ast blood gluocose(FBG), and renal function indicatrix (BUN, Scr) decreased significantly after the treatment with liuweidihuang pills (p<0.01); Expression of MCP-1、NF-kB in the nephridial tissue abviously. The expression of MCP-1、NF-kB and renal function (BUN、Scr) decreased significantly after the treatment with liuweidihuang pills (p<0.01). Quantitation of Urine in 24 hours, Scr, BUN of the treatment were all lower than model group. Compared with modle group, the expression of MCP-1、NF-kB in treatment groups was lower.Conclution Liuweidihuang pills have significant renal protection in DN rats, could be used to treat early DN, which may be related toinhibition of MCP-1 and NF-kB expression.
