Objective:Discussion cystatin C,interleukin-6 in diabetic nephropathy clinical significance of early diagnosis and treatment. Methods:Select the type 2 diabetic patients clinically diagnosed 70 cases were divided into diabetic patients without nephropathy(DM group)and diabetic nephropathy(DN group),and 30 healthy control group. Were measured in serum interleukin-6(IL-6),cystatin C(CysC),?2-microglobulin((32-MG),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Cr),uric acid(UA)levels and glycosylated hemoglobin levels. Results:?DN significantly higher serum CysC DM group and the control group(t = 2.0715,P<0.05;t = 2.2686,P<0.05),serum CysC was no significant difference compared with the control group between DM(t = 0.3467,P>0.05)? DN serum IL-6 were significantly higher than DM group and the control group(t = 2.3445,P<0.05;t = 5,7204,P<0.001),DM serum IL-6 was significantly higher(t = 2.0864,P<0.05).?The positive rate of serum CysC DN DM group were significantly higher than the control group(?2 = 33.545,P<0.0001).DM group compared with the control group,DN group blood ?2-MG,BUN,Cr,UA result is slightly higher, but not statistically significant difference in the positive rate(P>0.05).? Serum IL-6 levels and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in patients with diabetes showed a significant positive correlation..Conclusion:?Serum CysC,levels of IL-6 and DN occurrence and development are closely related,DN joint detection can improve the diagnostic sensitivity, serum CysC,levels of IL-6 can effectively reflect the degree of renal injury was,for the clinical treatment of a certain significance.?Blood ?2-MG,BUN,Cr,UA examination of DN diagnosis is not sensitive enough, but it may reflect the patient's condition, and can be used to monitor the efficacy of treatment patients.?Effective control of blood glucose levels in diabetic patients can reduce the incidence of renal injury.
