In this paper,we compared the biological processes between high expression activated STAT2 network of human left cerebrum and the corresponding low expression activated GO network of chimpanzee left cerebrum.Based on the molecular function and the reasons that induced this function,we established the hypothesis of molecular networks as well as gene regulatory network reconstruction tools GRNInfer and GVedit to build molecular networks. The study showed that the STAT2 molecule has important functions in signal transduction,DNA replication, transcription and apoptosis. The construction of STAT2 relevant to the molecular network has important significance for the analysis of these features. The method we used to build the molecule networks has been recognized, and our several research results, such as the visual and sound perception network of STAT2,the apoptosis network of PTHLH,the aging network of inhibited PTHLH downstream, cell cycle network of TSTA3,metabolism network of AGL,ENOSF1 ENPP21,GSTM3 3 and MAN2B2 and the cell shape network of ABCB1,have been published in Journal of Molecular Neuroscience,J Recept Signal Transduct Res,Integr Biol,Immunologic Research,Cell Biochemistry and Biophysics,Cell Biochemistry and Function respectively, and all these journals are SCI-indexed.These results for the analysis of the cause of the disease, pharmaceutical principles,as well as understanding life activities are significant. In this article, six activated STAT2 sub networks?same and different?were confirmed. The same activated STAT2 networks?three networks?exist between human left cerebrum and chimpanzee left cerebrum. In respective manners, all these same networks individually based on the upstream-mediated axon ensheathment resulting the activated STAT2 coupling upstream carbohydrate to fatty acid metabolism and transport-induced axon ensheathment network to be verified;the downstream-mediated visual perception resulting the activated STAT2 downstream immune response mediated-JAK-STAT cascade coupling protein ubiquitination to transcription-induced visual perception network;and the feedback-mediated apoptosis resulting the activated STAT2 coupling feedback oxidation reduction to lipid metabolism-induced apoptosis network. On the other hand, compared with the chimpanzee,we got the unique STAT2 networks of human left cerebrum by following the different functions, and consequently confirmed the different networks. These networks are;the activated STAT2 coupling upstream cAMP to glycerol-3-phosphate catabolism-induced cell extension network;the activated STAT2 downstream defense response-mediated protein glycosylation coupling Wnt receptor and GTPase signal to steroid metabolism-induced sensory perception of sound network;and the activated STAT2 coupling feedback protein folding to amino acid catabolism-induced cell adhesion network. In the process of construction and these confirmed networks,we found that STAT2 is of great significance in signal transduction and DNA replication, and provides an important channel to understand the life activities from the molecular level.
