[Objective]:To compare the efficacy of hysteroscopic and transvaginal operation in treatment patients with Post-cesarean section scar defeat(PCSD).To explore the proper therapeutic schedule.[Methods]:Forty patients with post-cesarean section scar defeat treated in the hospital from September 2013 to September 2015 were selected and divided into transvaginal group(20 patients treated by transvaginal operation)and hysteroscopic group(20 patients treated by hysteroscopic resetion);the operation situations and follow-up results were compared between the two groups.[Results]: There were no statistically significant difference in the amount of blood loss during operation and operation time between the two groups(P>0.05);But there were statistically significant differences in postoperative hospitalization time, anal exhausting time and treatment cost between the two groups(P<0.05).All patients were followed up of 3 to 6 months, the duration of menstruation was 3.1±1.2days shorter in hysteroscopic group and 3.4±1.1 days in transvaginal group. There are three cases of recurrence in the hysteroscopic group and two cases in the transvaginal group, which was no statistically significant(P>0.05).[Conclusion]: Hysteroscopic and transvaginal operation can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with post-cesarean section scar defeat and transvaginal operation is more simple and costs are relatively low.So transvaginal operation is worth to be popularized in the treatment patients with Post-cesarean section scar defeat. The operation method should be chosen depending on the individual conditionto reach the best treatment effect.
