New Progress In The Research Of Ulcerative Colitis

Since 100 years ago,when ulcerative colitis(UC)was known by us,We had tried our best to study the pathogenesis of UC.With the purpose of finding one way to cure UC through revealing the pathogenesis of it.However,the true oringins of ulcerative colitis remain elusive.Now,what we learn about UC mostly limited in genetic factors,environmental factors,infection factors,immune factors and so on.We usually adopt medication and surgery for the treatment of UC.Anti-tumor necrosis factor ?(anti-TNF ?)monoclonal antibody biotherapy is one of the hotspots in the treatment for UC,this paper will review the new progress in the research of UC.What's more,what this paper foucus on is the anti-TNF ? biotherapy.
