| Objective T o observe the therapeutic effectiveness and clinical significance of Guhong injection on brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods Sixt y patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).Besides the routine treatment performed in the control group,the treatment group was intravenously given Guhong injection.The BNP levels in plasma was detected by immune colloidal gold technique and the cardiac functional parameters were analyzed and compared statistically.Results The BNP levels in plasma and the cardiac functional parameters of patients in the treatment group improved markedly comparing with those in the control group after a course of treatment with Guhong injection(P<0.05).Conclusion Guhong injection could improve the cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure. |
