Research Of Related Factors To Predict The Recurrence Of Ovarian Cancer

Due to the high rate of recurrence and poor prognosis of ovarian cancer,it becomes the highest rate of tumor of female gynecologic tumor death.Once Ovarian cancer is found,it is almost advanced.Ovarian cancer after clinical cessation of treatment also has a high recurrence rate of 70-80%,once the recurrence,the prognosis is generally poor,five year survival rate is often not more than 10%.At present there is no effective clinical treatments for recurrent ovarian cancer,so predicting ovarian cancer recurrence earlier is essential,the earlier discovery,the earlier intervention,it can improve survival rate and life quality of the patients.Recently,with the domestic and international research on the recurrence factors of ovarian cancer,more sophisticated experimental studies provide a theoretical basis on prediction.This study aimed at the factors that affect the recurrence of ovarian cancer before and after operation,from the aspect of clinical data,serological detection and gene level detection on the summary of the report in detail.
