Background:This study aims to observe the influence of SCH and TPOAB-positive on pregnancy outcomes and neonatal outcomes based on screening and analyzing the thyroid function and thyroid peroxidase antibody of pregnant women in our district's hospitals.Metheds:500 pregnant women with SCH(diagnosed by thyroid function screening)were selected from the hospitals of our district as research(observation group),and 500 pregnant women with normal thyroid function selected as control group.A comparison was drawn between the two groups including thyroid function index(TSH,FT4,TPOAb),pregnancy outcome and condition of fetus.Result: The incidences of miscarriage, premature delivery, placental abruption, hypertensive disorder, neonatal asphyxia and neonatal low birth weight are higher in observation group than control group.Results1?A comparison on pregnancy outcomes drawn between the group with SCH(observation group)and the group with normal thyroid function(control group)indicates that the incidences of miscarriage, premature delivery, hypertension, placental abruption are higher in observation group than control group. The difference has statistical significance.2?The incidences of neonatal asphyxia and neonatal low birth weight among new-born babies are higher in observation group than control group and the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Whereas the difference between the two groups regarding congenital hypothyroidism is not statistically significant(P>0.05).3?In the normal group in pregnant women there are 65 examples with positive TPOAb group.Comparing the two groups of maternal pregnancy outcome find that the incidences of premature delivery, hypertension, placental abruption are no statistically significant difference in observation group than control group.the incidences of miscarriage are statistically significant difference in observation group than control group.4?In the normal group in pregnant women there are 65 examples with positive TPOAb group,The newborn from TPOAb positive and negative has different result: there was no statistically significant difference of congenital Low thyroid function, neonatal asphyxia, and low birth weight. Conclusion:SCH is relevant to miscarriage, premature delivery.complications and adverse pregnancy outcomes.SCH screening in early stage of pregnancy should be paid more attention in our future clinical practice in order to achieve early diagnose, early treatment and improvement in pregnancy outcomes.
