Objective:Through using Danhong Injection to treat patients with acute coronary syndrome undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention,to evaluate the eff-icacy and effect on vascular endothelial function,to discuss the prognosis of acute coronary syndrome undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention in the near future. Methods:In Guangdong Provincial Hospital of TCM,42 patients with acute coronary syndrome undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention were recruited from cardiovascular surgery.Because there were two patients left the hospital earlier than they would normally be expected to,so they were shedded.By using randomized controlled method, the remaining patients were equally allocated into treatment group and control group.Control group was treated through the expansion of coronary artery, the anticoagulant approaches, the regulation of blood lipids, the symptomatic treatment, whereas, treatment group,Danhong Injection,20ml one day, intravenous drip and the above treatment for seven days.Variation including function of endothelia(NO/ET-1/vWF),ultrasound diameter of Brachial artery, assessment of clinical efficacy and evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome, and some other index.By calculating Intra-group and inter-group comparison,we can make conclusion.Results:1.Function of endothelia:Through statistical analysis, there was stati-stical difference after treatment in Nitric oxide(NO)in and between two groups(P<0.05).NO raised in both groups. There was a greater raise in treatment group. There was statistical difference after treatment in Endoth-elin-1(ET-1)in and between two groups(P<0.05).ET-1 reduced in both groups. There was a greater reduce in treatment group. There was statistical difference in VonWillebrand Factor(vWF)in both groups(P<0.05)but not between two groups(P>0.05)after treatment. But vWF reduced in both groups. There was a greater reduce in treatment group.2.Ultrasound diameter of Brachial artery:After statistical analysis, there was statistical difference after treatment in blood flow mediated dilation(FMD)in treatment group(P<0.05),but not in control group(P>0.05).After treatment, there was not statistical difference in FMD between two groups(P>0.05),but FMD raised in both groups. There was a greater raise in treatment group. There was not statistical difference after treatment in blood nitroglycerine mediated dilation(NMD)in both groups(P>0.05)and between two groups(P>0.05),but NMD raised in both groups.3.Evaluation of TCM syndrome:Through the evaluation of TCM syndrome about two groups of patients with ACS undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention after treatment in 7 days, there was statistical difference in the effective rate between two groups(P<0.05).Treatment group had greater improvement in TCM syndrome.4.Assessment of clinical efficacy:Through the assessment of clinical efficacy ’about two groups of patients with ACS undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention after treatment in 7 days, there was no statistical difference in the effective rate between two groups(P>0.05),which might be related to the small sample size.5.Adverse events and safety evaluation:There was no adverse reactions been found in the study.Contrast the level of creatinine, urea,ALT,AST and INR before and after treatment of patients with ACS undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention, there was no statistical difference in and between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Through clinical study in Danhong Injection to treat acute coronary syndrome undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention,we found that Danhong Injection could improve vascular endothelial function and clinical syndrome. Moreover,it had less adverse reaction and high safety. The research provide for certain reference of Danhong Injection in treating acute coronary syndrome undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention.
