Study On Combination Of Chinese And Western Medicine Treatment Of Rotavirus-caused Infectious Diarrhea With Myocardial Injury

ObjectiveInfectious diarrhea induced by rotavirus is clinical frequently encountered disease of paediatrics,which is often complicated by myocardial damage.This study is based on the characteristics of Children's physiology and pathology,under the guidance of clinical research and experiences of advisers,we studied the curative effects of flavored ginseng plum soup combined with the western treatments on treating the infectious diarrhea induced by rotavirus with paediatrics,and provided strong support for better development of TCM treatments on treating the disease,meanwhile,set a foundation for the development of traditional Chinese medicineMethods:80 Children who were accorded with the inclusive criteria were selected in this study,and divideded into treating group and control group,40 cases in each group.The treating group cured by smectite Suspension,Ribavirin Tablets and oral administration of MAMIAI combines with flavored ginseng plum soup which rules of treatment is strengthening spleen and nourishing Qi and removing Yin by sour and sweet.For the control group,only smectite Suspension,Ribavirin Tablets and oral administration of MAMIAI were used.And fluid therapy and symptomatic and supportive treatment would be employed on both of groups,according to the situations of Children.After 72 hours of treatments,the differences of the efficients and the improvements of serum enzyme should be observed,as well as the main clinical manifestations such as diarrhea,vomiting,fever and cold limbs.And the improvents of Qi and Yin Deficiency on mental,skin elasticity,diet,and thirst should also be observed,consequently,evaluated the clinical effects of traditional chinese medicine and modern medicine on treating the infectious diarrhea induced by rotavirus with paediatrics.ResultsThrough test of the symptoms and signs of both groups,P<0.05,there was no significant difference in statistical significance.After 72 hours of treatments,in this study,among the 80 Children who were accorded with the inclusive criteria,the total effective rate of treating group and he control group were 92.50%and 90.00%.Test the diarrhea,vomiting,fever and cold limbs of children in treating group,P<0.05 and statistically significant.But for the inappetence,P>0.05,it is not statistically significant.the difference values of myocardial enzyme of both groups in pretherapy and post-treatment were compared by t-test,t=2.356,P=0.021<0.05,and statistically significantConclusionIn this study,we can conclude that:the total effective rates of treating group was significantly higher than the control groups.After 72 hours of treatments,the curative effects on diarrhea,vomiting,fever,cold,andinappetence limbs of children in treating group were much better than control group.Meanwhile,the flavored ginseng plum soup was beneficial in improving the anomaly myocardial enzyme.
