Chemical investigation of four higher fungi was comprehensively reported in this dissertation,including four cultures Pipktoporus betulinus,Tricholoma giganteum,Pyrofomes albomarginatus,Ganoderma gibbosum(Blume &T.Nees)Pat.All these fungi were separated and purified by silica gel,RP-18,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,respectively.Their structures were elucidated using spectroscopic analysis.From the ethyl acetate extracts of the fermentation broth of Piptoporus betulinus,fourteen compounds were isolated and identified as pipulinus A(1),pipulinus B(2),pipulinus C(3),elaeicolasides B(4),pipulinus D(5),pipulinus E(6),pipulinus F(7),petulinus A(8),2-phenylethyl-O-β-rhamnopyranoside(9),cryptosphaerolide B(10),rel-(1S,4S,5R,7R,10R)-10-desmethyl-11-euduemene(11),10,11-epoxyguaian-13-ol(12),(3R)-5-carbomethoxymellein(13),4-hydroxyphenethyl alcohol(14).Compounds 1-3and 6-10 are new compounds,the rests were isolated from Piptoporus betulinus for the first time.From the ethyl acetate extracts of the sporophore of Tricholoma giganteum Massee,twelve compounds were isolated and identified as linoleic acid(15),methyl linoleata(16),(22E,24R)-ergosta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one(17),(22E,24R)-ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3β-ol(18),(22E,24R)-5α,8α-epidiory-ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol(19),(22E,24R)-ergosta-3β,5α,9α-trihydroxy-7,22-dien-6-one(20),(22E,24R)-ergosta-3β,5α-dihydroxy-7,22-dien-6-one(21),(22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-dien-3β,5α,6α,9α-tetraol(22),(22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-dien-3β,5α,6β,9α-tetraol(23),(22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-dien-3β,5α,6β-triol(24),3β-O-glucopyranosyl-5α,6β-dihydroxy-ergosta-7,22-diene(25),cerebroside D(26).Compounds 15-17 and 20-26 were isolated from T.giganteum for the first timeFrom the ethyl acetate extracts of the fermentation broth of Pyrofomes albomarginatus,six compounds were isolated and identified as p-hydorxy phenylethanol(14),3,4-dihydoxry phenylethanol(27),2,5-dihydroxy-benzeneaceticacid(28),o-hydroxyphenylacetic acid(29),furan-2,5-diyldimethanol(30),cerebroside C(31).All compounds were isolated from this fungus for the first time.From the ethyl acetate extracts of the fermentation broth of Ganoderma gibbosum(Blume &T.Nees)Pat,four compounds were isolated and identified as spirotryprostatin A(32),questin(33),cyclo-(Leu-Val)(34),pseurotin A(35).All compounds were isolated from this fungus for the first time.
