Clinical Effect On The Serum Immunoglobulin Of Combining Peiyuan Huanwu Decot Ion With Rehabilitation Training In Patients With Post-Stroke Fatigue

Objective:Peiyang Huanwu Decotion is combined for interposition in modern rehabilitation treatment.We investigate the curative effect of post-stroke fatigue(PoSF)and the changes of serum immunoglobulin to study the immune mechanisms of PoSF after interposition by Peiyang Huanwu Decotion.And it could provide a more convenient and effective therapeutic treatment for the treatment of PoSF.Method:This research is a randomized controlled trials.The patients who matched the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Among them,the patients in the treatment group were used Pei.yang Huanwu Decotion combined with modern rehabilitation treatment and the patients in the control group were changed to the placebo combined with modern rehabilitation treatment.The scores of VAS,FSS,MB I of patients were evaluated before and after 4 weeks treatment,respectively.As well,the serum immunoglobulin IgG,IgM and IgA content were measured.The efficacy was evaluated by the scores of VAS,FSS and MBI.And the immune mechanism was explored by the content of serum immunoglobulin IgG,IgM and IgAResult:1.Compared with before treatment,the VAS,FSS scores of both groups decreased after treatment.There was significant statistical difference between two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the MBI scores of both groups increased after treatment.There was significant statistical difference between two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).2.Compared with before treatment,the serum immunoglobulin lgG,lgM and lgA content in treatment group patients increased after treatment.There was significant statistical difference between two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the serum immunoglobulin lgG,lgM and IgA content in control group patients increased unapparent after treatment.There was no significant statistical difference between two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).3.Before and after treatment,the differences of VAS,FSS and MBI scores in both groups were significant differences(P<0.05),and the differences of serum immunoglobulin lgG,lgM and lgA content in both groups were significant differences(P<0.05).4.The serum immunoglobulin IgG,IgA content were negatively correlated with the scores of VAS and FSS,and were positively correlated with the scores of MBI.The serum immunoglobulin IgM content was not correlated with the scores of VAS,FSS and MBI.Conclusion:The Peiyang Huanwu Decotion combined with modern rehabilitation treatment could increase the serum immunoglobulin IgG,IgM and IgA,enhance immunity and improve PoSF symptoms and activities of daily living of PoSF patients.
