The Research Of Health Care Personnel And Facilities Present Situation And Regional Differences In Kindergarten Of China

Objective Comprehensively understand the status of health care work in kindergartens and the problems encountered in the implementation of the new"nursery,kindergarten management approach" through surveying the current situation of kindergarten in China's 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities).And propose effective solutions in order to effectively improve the quality of health care nurseries for children,to ensure the physical and psychological health of children.Methods From June to December in 2013,in the form of a questionnaire to survey health care current work status mainly about the staffing and facilities equipped of kindergarten,and the establishment of the health care system in country's 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities).Use the above data to analysis and use chi-square test and logistic regression to count.Results 1.In this sample survey,the highest proportion in all kinds of kindergartens was township-level garden that accounted for 29.0%,the followed was village-level garden accounted for 26.7%,and the next was county-level garden accounted for 22.5%.The last were the province and city level garden,accounted for 21.4%.Among different kinds of kindergartens,the proportions from high to low were the kindergartens managed by privates accounted for 64.8%,by education sector accounted for 23.7%,by military accounted for 3.3%,by countryside collective sector accounted for 2.9%,by rural collective sector accounted for 2.6%,by state-owned business accounted for 1.6%,by streets collective accounted for 0.9%.2.55..5%of kindergartens had health care clinic.In different region of kindergartens,the highest proportion of having health care clinic were the province and city level kindergartens,and the lowest was rural levels'.In different kinds of kindergartens,which managed by military,by state-owned business,by streets collective,and the kindergartens in the rural area and countryside had higher proportions of having health care clinic than managed by education sector and privates.3.Class faucet compliance rate,class urinal compliance rate and class pit compliance rate of kindergartens respectively were 21.2%,19.5%,and 34.8%.In different region kindergartens,the above three indexes of province and city level kindergartens were higher than others'.The kindergarten managed by privates was the lowest.4.In children individual indicators,the proportion of a towel and a cup,the proportion of daybeds dedicated,the proportion of exclusive bedspread,and the proportion of washing hands with running water were 88.5%,71.0%,77.5%and 95.7%respectively.The four children individual indicators of the province and city level kindergartens were higher than other level kindergartens.The four children individual indicators in the kindergartens managed by state-owned business were higher than others'.5.In the sample survey,only 76.4%of kindergartens had health care doctors,and 23.6%had no health care doctors.Among different region kindergartens,from best to worst,regarding to the kindergarten health care doctors,the list in the front were the kindergartens in the province and city level,next was in county level,and then was village level,the last was rural level.The kindergartens managed by state-owned business and street collective had higher proportion of having health care doctors,the lowest was by education sector,and the others was between them.6.In different region kindergartens,the proportion of medical care doctors having medical education was different,and the countryside mean was 27.9%.The highest proportion of medical care doctors having medical education were the province and city level kindergartens,and the lowest was rural collective level kindergartens.The kindergartens managed by state-owned business and army ministry had the highest proportions of medical care doctors that having medical education,and the lowest was rural collective level kindergartens.The proportion of medical care doctors participating pre-service training was 70.9%.7.There were statistical differences in the health care indicators among the kindergartens in eastern area,middle area,and western area;But the hardware equipment of kindergartens in western area was improved obviously.The condition of setting up health rooms and outfitting health care doctors from high to low were eastern area,middle area,and western area.Conclusion The kindergartens in our country present diversified development trend,and the main kind of kindergartens were managed by education ministry,with the increasing by privates.There were statistical differences among different kindergartens regarding to the staffing of health care doctors,the establishment of health care system and the equipment of health facilities.In different region kindergartens,the province and city level were better than other levels'.In different kinds of kindergartens,which managed by state-owned business,street collective,army and education ministry were better than other kinds'.And the eastern area kindergartens were better than the middle and western area.
