| Objective:With the rapid development of modern medicine,it has been found that a single study of a certain direction cannot explain all the biomedical problems,and then Omics was presented to the public.Accurate medications advocated by precision medicine cannot be separated from the support of Omics big data of diseaseson account of the large number of diseases.At present,there is still a lack of research work on integrating multi-histology,especially on the basis of association analysis of different types of Omics data.Therefore,an accurate grasp of the context and trend of the study of Omics is conducive to scientific researchers to seize the research hotspots and adjust their research direction.Method:Downloading all bibliographic data collected from the PubMed database for 1896-2016 with a total of 27040819,using the Python programming language to mark,count and analyze the statistical results of a word with the meaning of "omics" in the title and abstract of each document.Result:The results showed that the volume of the 346977 data was increasing year by year,and it showed a blowout growth after 2000;the publication of all kinds of single omics has been increasing year by year,among which genomics literature has been published most.Before 2014,the publication volume of proteomics was second.After 2014,the published volume of transcriptome has exceeded proteomics,and became the second major histology types;the amount ofliterature of transcripology,mitochondrial genomics and genomics increased in a blowout type after a certain time node.The amount ofliteratureofother histopathological types and genomics tends to grow steadily.It is found that the key words related to theomics type are based on its research techniquesfrom context.Conclusion:Different types of omics have emerged and became a research hotspot.From single omics type to multi-typological omicsfusion,the research of omics science cannot without the support of its research technology. |
