Objective:To investigate the value of CT perfusion imaging on evaluating concurrent chemoradiotherapy response(CCRT)in patients with post-operative high grade gliomas. Methods:From January 2017 to January 2018,Seventeen patients(age range,35-67 years;mean age,51 years)with high grade gliomas after the operation, who had completed CCRT plan.CT perfusion imaging were performed in each patient before CCRT(1 week before therapy)and at the end of therapy(1 or two weeks after therapy). The CT perfusion data were analysed for the cerebral blood flow(CBF),cerebral blood volume(CBV),mean transit time(MTT),time to peak(TTP)in each tumor at pre-therapy and post-therapy were measured. The parameters difference between the pre-therapy and post-therapy using paired t-tests.P values<0.05 difference was statistically significant. Results:The values of CBF,CBV were obviously decreased after the CCRT,compared with the pre-therapy(p<0.05).The MTT and TTP showed no difference between the pre-therapy and post-therapy(P>0.05).Conclusion:The CBF and CBV could help to evaluate concurrent chemoradiotherapy response(CCRT)in patients with post-operative high grade gliomas.
