Objective:To systematically evaluate the effectiveness of cyclosporine in reducing myocardial reperfusion injury and improving patient outcomes. Methods:Data retrieved from the Cochrane Library,PubMed,Wiley,Ovid,Clinical Trials.gov,CNKI,and VIP established in November 2017 were retrieved using Cyclosporin before all reperfusion treatments.Clinical randomized controlled trials, data extraction and quality assessment according to the Cochrane systematic review method were performed on eligible inclusion criteria, and then Revman 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis.Results:A total of 6 randomized controlled trials were included in this study. There were 1,210 patients in total, including 680 in the experimental group and 730 in the control group. The incidence of no-reflow or slow-flow(OR=1.31,95% CI 0.93,1.85).Left ventricular ejection fraction(MD=0.89,95% CI(-1.00,2.89),all-cause mortality(OR=1.19,95% CI(0.77,1.83))Arrhythmia after reperfusion(OR=0.80,95 %CI was(0.57,1.13))and heart failure(OR=0.93,95% CI was(0.71,1.21))Conclusion:Cyclosporin does not relieve myocardial reperfusion injury,so that patients benefit.
