| Objective:This study aims to investigate the clinical value of rest gated myocardial perfusion SPECT imaging(GMPI)in evaluating its left ventricular remodeling in patients with myocardial infarction(MI).Methods:Nintety-two patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwant PCI were collected from January 2010 to October 2016.General information including sex,BMI,history of hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and cTn I,CK-MB,NT-ProBNP,Blood fat were recorded.Coronary arteriography and rest GMPI were performed in all patients to measure the LVEDV,LVESV,LVEF and left ventricular remodeling index was calculated when it was six months and one year. The eccentricity index, ranging from 0 to 1,was computed from using a dedicated software(QGS).According to the LVEF and remodeling index, patients were assigned to relevant group, and analysis the factors of eccentricity index by logistics regression. Results:More impaired EI values correlated with the presence of a more abnormal LV function(EF,P<0.0001),structure(EDV,P=0.0001),and(ESV,P<0.0001)and other index(NT-ProBNP,P=.0068).On multivariate analysis, depressed LVEF(P <.0001)values was independent predictors of abnormal EI.Conclusion:Abnormal EI associates with significant cardiac structural and functional abnormalities. |
