Objective:To investigate the 1991-2017 Turner syndrome(TS)incidence of patients with osteoporosis.Methods:A comprehensive search of China HowNet and VIP database(VIP),Chinese biomedical literature database(CBM),Wan Fang Data,PubMed,EMbase,Medline database and others was performed to identify relevant Chinese and English language employing.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the data were extracted,and the qualities of included studies were evaluated.Meta analysis was performed by R3.4.3 software.Heterogeneity of the included articles was tested,which was used to select proper effect model to calculate the prevalence of osteoporosis in Turner syndrome.Results:10 studies were finally included,with a sample size of 499 cases.The 10 studies were heterogeneous,and the incidence of osteoporosis complicated with TS was 21%according to the random effect model.Conclusion:Incidence of osteoporosis complicated with TS was high,We should strengthen the management of bone health in patients with TS,regularly monitor bone mineral density,do well in prevention and treatment,and improve the quality of life of the patients.
