Analysis And Generation Of Treatment Effect Based On Turner Syndrome Patients' Facial Image

Turner's syndrome is a common disorder of female sex chromosome,and its treatment is mainly hormone therapy.The evaluation of the treatment effect of patients usually needs to refer to the height of patients and other data for continuous observation to judge.Because of the long treatment time,during this period,the face of patients will be distorted,the body will be accompanied by serious complications,and can not see the obvious effect in a short period of time,resulting in the increase of psychological and social pressure faced by patients,and then lose confidence in the treatment.If not dredged for a long time,it will have a bad impact on the body and mind of patients,which is not conducive to the control of the disease.In this paper,we propose a method based on the analysis of the treatment effect of patients' facial image and a method to generate the expected facial image after treatment.The laboratory has studied the face assistant diagnosis system for Turner syndrome before,and the accuracy has reached more than 80%.Based on this,this paper further explores the assistant diagnosis of Turner syndrome.The research content of this paper has important scientific research value and reference significance in simplifying the evaluation process of Turner syndrome treatment effect and increasing patients' treatment coordination,and the research method can be extended to other similar diseases.The main research contents and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)after grouping the data according to the treatment time,treatment effect and abnormal chromosome karyotype of patients,a series of experiments are made based on the basic analysis methods of average face and heat map to analyze the changes of patients' faces before and after treatment;(2)patients are treated by two methods based on traditional image fusion algorithm and generative antagonism network Generation of the expected image of the back part.The experimental data used in this paper were collected by Peking Union Medical College Hospital.Through the analysis of the patients' facial images before and after treatment,it is concluded that with the increase of the treatment time,the patients' faces will have some positive changes,and the experiment of the patients' expected image generation after treatment in the treatment time group has made progress,and the results of the two methods have their own advantages and disadvantages.The experimental results confirm the feasibility of this research idea,but the experimental data is very limited at present,and the experimental results may have limitations.
